具体实施方式
本实用新型的结构为：包括刀身1、刀刃3和刀把2，其改进在于：刀刃3连接在刀身1下侧，刀把2连接在刀身1右侧，刀把2连接处下侧的刀身1端面1-1为内凹的弧形面。
弧形面可以在刀身1下料时一体成型，也可以在刀身1下料后单独加工出来。
使用时，由于弧形面处的刀身1内凹，握刀把2的手指不再与刀身1接触，能够提高使用的舒适感，长时间使用也不感觉手困，还可避免刀把2滑脱时划伤手指。
