背景技术
目前,国内外所使用的跳汰机盖板风阀,结构复杂,工作时有背压,经常造成撞缸现象、维修量加大,可靠性差,限制了盖板阀的推广使用。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是提供一种跳汰机盖板风阀,通过其结构改进,简化风阀结构,消除被压,提高可靠性。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:跳汰机盖板风阀,包括阀体,所述阀体包括风箱、进气室、排气室和进、排气管,进气室连通进、排气管,风箱与进气室之间设置进气口,进气室与排气室之间设置排气口,进气口设置可使风箱与进气室连通或隔绝的进气盖板,排气口设置可使进气室与排气室连通或隔绝的排气盖板,所述进气盖板和排气盖板分别连接滑缸的活塞杆,滑缸的缸体固定在阀体外壁。 
本实用新型的进一步改进在于: 
与当前选煤行业使用的跳汰机盖板风阀比较,改变了有压气体在进入盖板风阀时的流向,这样就使盖板风阀的盖板处在无背压的状态下, 可利用正室压自动开启,不会造成撞缸现象,盖板风阀的滑缸由双向简化为单向。
所述进气口和排气口设置密封圈。 
所述密封圈为弹性结构。 
所述密封圈断面为L形结构。

本实用新型的新型盖板风阀结构新颖合理,可替代现市场使用的缸桶式滑动阀,碟形阀及普通盖板阀,不串、漏风,工作效率高,节省能源,无撞缸现象,打开时无背部盖板压力,可利用正室压自动开启;易维护、寿命长;盖板风阀所采用的弹性密封圈,使盖板与阀口闭合时密封性高,且延长各运动部件工作寿命。

图1所示,本实用新型包括阀体7,阀体7包括风箱4、进气室7-1、排气室7-2和进、排气管5,进气室7-1连通进、排气管5,风箱5与进气室7-1之间设置进气口,进气室7-1与排气室7-2之间设置排气口,进气口设置可使风箱4与进气室7-1连通或隔绝的进气盖板2,排气口设置可使进气室7-1与排气室7-2连通或隔绝的排气盖板6,所述进气盖板2和排气盖板6分别连接滑缸1的活塞杆,滑缸1的缸体固定在阀体7外壁。
上述结构,风箱4与进气室7-1隔离,在打开进气盖板2使风箱4与进气室7-1连通前进气盖板2处于无背压状态; 
进气室7-1与排气室7-2隔离,在打开排气盖板6使进气室7-1与排气室7-2连通前排气盖板6处于无背压状态。
所述进气口和排气口设置密封圈3。 
图2所示,密封圈3为弹性结构,其断面设计为L形结构,还可设计为o形结构。 
外部低压风进入风箱4,产生压力为Po的风压,此时进气盖板2通过气缸1抬起,Po经密封圈3进入进、排气管5,完成跳汰机进气过程;跳汰机排风时关闭进气盖板2,打开排气盖板6完成整个跳汰进、排气过程。

1.跳汰机盖板风阀,包括阀体,其特征在于:所述阀体包括风箱、进气室、排气室和进、排气管,进气室连通进、排气管,风箱与进气室之间设置进气口,进气室与排气室之间设置排气口,进气口设置可使风箱与进气室连通或隔绝的进气盖板,排气口设置可使进气室与排气室连通或隔绝的排气盖板,所述进气盖板和排气盖板分别连接滑缸的活塞杆,滑缸的缸体固定在阀体外壁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的跳汰机盖板风阀,其特征在于:所述进气口和排气口设置密封圈,且密封圈为弹性结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的跳汰机盖板风阀,其特征在于:所述密封圈断面为L形结构。
