Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种抗冲击作用强的缓冲式安全帽，由带固定带的帽壳、帽壳内边缘衬箍及缓冲带、缓冲片构成，缓冲带的一端与衬箍连接，另一端与缓冲片连接，缓冲带与衬箍和缓冲片之间的连接为活动连接，缓冲带是弹性材料，佩戴安全帽时，当有外力撞击到安全帽，弹性缓冲带和缓冲片就可以利用自身的弹性功能很好的抗击外力冲击，保护使用者，本实用新型在不增加制作成本和技术难度的前提下，通过帽体内部材料的替换和结构的改变，大大增加安全帽的抗冲击效果，提高安全帽的安全性能，减少安全事故的发生。

背景技术
安全帽广泛应用于各种高风险作业场所，如建筑、井下采矿作业等工地，是一线作业工人必备的安全保护工具。现有技术的安全帽，其结构是由硬质的帽壳，塑胶的内衬构成，佩戴时，作业人员的头部和安全帽的内衬接触，这种安全帽内衬仅有分散外力的作用，缺乏对外力缓冲化解的作用，塑料无弹性，其性能决定了仅仅靠塑料的内衬结构很难抗击较大的冲击力，矿工在作业时，头戴这样的安全帽，存在很大的安全隐患。
中国专利CN 201388584Y 公开了一种安全帽，由帽壳、帽衬构成，帽壳和帽衬通过周边固定连接，帽壳内部设有间隔凸起软垫。凸起软垫起到支撑和缓冲作用。但这种安全帽在设计上存在一定的局限性，软垫的厚度是一定的，太厚影响正常使用，太薄缓冲效果差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种抗冲击能力强，缓冲效果好的缓冲式安全帽。
缓冲式安全帽，由带固定带的帽壳、帽壳内边缘衬箍及缓冲带、缓冲片构成，缓冲带的一端与衬箍连接，另一端与缓冲片连接，缓冲带与衬箍和缓冲片之间的连接为活动连接，缓冲带是弹性材料。
缓冲带可以是松紧带或橡胶条，其两端通过卡扣或卡勾装置或粘扣分别与衬箍和缓冲片活动连接。所述的缓冲带的数量可为4-8根。
使用本实用新型时，将安全帽戴在使用者头部，系紧固定带，衬箍和头部周圈贴合，头顶部和缓冲片贴合，此时，缓冲片和帽壳内顶端还有一定的空间，当有外力或异物从高空落下，撞击到安全帽时，弹性缓冲带和缓冲片就可以利用自身的弹性功能很好的抗击外力冲击，保护使用者。
本实用新型的有益效果：在不增加制作成本和技术难度的前提下，通过帽体内部材料的替换和结构的改变，大大增加安全帽的抗冲击效果，提高安全帽的安全性能，减少安全事故的发生。

如图所示，本实用新型由带固定带5的帽壳1、帽壳内边缘衬箍4及缓冲带3、缓冲片2构成，缓冲带3的一端与衬箍4活动连接，另一端与缓冲片2活动连接，所述连接是卡扣或卡勾或粘扣活动连接，缓冲带是4-8根宽松紧带。
实施例2、
如图所示，本实用新型由带固定带5的帽壳1、帽壳内边缘衬箍4及缓冲带3、缓冲片2构成，缓冲带3的一端与衬箍4活动连接，另一端与缓冲片2活动连接，所述连接是卡扣或卡勾连接，缓冲带是橡胶条构成，缓冲带有4-8根。
所述的粘扣类似鞋上的鞋扣，通过粘接面对接而固定。

1.缓冲式安全帽，由带固定带（5）的帽壳（1）、帽壳内边缘衬箍（4）及缓冲带（3）、缓冲片（2）构成，缓冲带（3）的一端与衬箍（4）连接，另一端与缓冲片（2）连接，其特征在于，缓冲带（3）与衬箍（4）和缓冲片（2）之间的连接为活动连接，缓冲带是弹性材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲式安全帽，其特征在于，缓冲带（3）是松紧带或橡胶条，其两端通过卡扣或卡勾装置分别与衬箍（4）和缓冲片（2）活动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的缓冲式安全帽，其特征在于，缓冲带（3）是松紧带，其两端通过粘扣与衬箍（4）和缓冲片（2）活动连接。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一种所述的缓冲式安全帽，其特征在于：缓冲带（3）的数量为4-8根。
