技术领域

背景技术
目前,市场上出售的戒烟药等由于烟草的成瘾顽性很难达到成功的祛烟瘾目的,争议较大,并且有可能形成新的依赖的风险。且使用、携带不方便,也没有考虑到吸烟′者的感受,戒烟效果不明显。
目前市场虽然有尼古丁替代品销售,但效果并不理想,并出现一定不良反应。对于口服戒烟药通过消化道吸收的方法,事实证明也无法达到理想效果,且复吸率高。滤嘴打孔、滤棒和烟嘴添加活性炭等一些技术,虽然对焦油、尼古丁有一定下降作用,但单支吸入量下降并不等于人接受量就下降,吸烟者可能通过支数来补偿单支的不足。
由于传统生产方法的限制,活性炭和醋纤丝束作为滤棒滤材的减害和滤材添加剂被束缚,但是现有市场上多次性用独立烟嘴存在着华而不实的现象,价格高、作用低,仍然无法满足社会和市场的发展需要。虽然复合滤棒和烟嘴可以提高过滤效果,但是在滤材添加剂的量度上准确性无法控制,达不到应有的效果。因此,无论是一次性用滤棒和烟嘴和多次性用滤棒和烟嘴亟待在技术和方法上突破,无法满足政治、经济、社会、市场的发展需要,因而,亟需一种全新方法生产的烟嘴。

本实用新型提供一种可以降低香烟中有害成分吸入口中的过滤嘴装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的。
一种祛烟瘾减害滤嘴,包括用嘴衔住的头部和夹持香烟的尾部,头部和尾部采用螺纹连接,在头部和尾部连接部位的对接处内部设置为中空,并且在中空位置安装有胶囊状滤棒。
祛烟瘾减害滤嘴可以明显清除吸烟产生的焦油,自由基、亚硝胺、蒽醌和(多环芳烃)等有害物质,祛烟瘾减害滤嘴能够抑制吸烟引起血液中一氧化碳血红蛋白提高和吸烟引起动物肺损伤。祛烟瘾减害滤嘴可以明显降低吸烟慢性致癌性及吸烟引起的急性毒性。茶质滤嘴还可以显著降低香烟燃烧烟雾可能进入呼吸道中的砷、镉、铅等重金属含量。
用胶囊代替活性炭和醋纤丝束作为滤棒滤材,因胶囊体积小、重量轻,便于使用、安装和携带。且使用之后,直接更换新的胶囊即可,清洁又卫生;胶囊内含有茶氨酸等活性物质,在胶囊两端采用静电打孔的方式,以便卷烟烟气进入该胶囊内部,与活性成分充分接触,促进了活性成分的挥发和升华,达到戒烟、减毒害的功效。

如图1所示,于本实施例中,一种祛烟瘾减害滤嘴,包括用嘴衔住的头部1和夹持香烟的尾部3,头部1和尾部3采用螺纹连接,在头部1和尾部3连接部位的对接处内部设置为中空,并且在中空位置安装有胶囊状滤棒2。
祛烟瘾减害滤嘴的核心是采用纯天然绿茶为主要原料,精心配制和现代工艺生产的,具有祛烟瘾、增加香气质和香气量、无异味、减害、环保的优点,可明显提高卷烟品质,使卷烟风格与众不同。并具有减少吸烟量、祛痰、生津、消臭的特殊功能,是现代卷烟升级换代的标志。
