现有的电机端盖连接螺栓都为单头单螺杆结构，在连接端盖及电机机壳时，需要用两个螺栓来固定连接，比较麻烦，且费时费力、结构设计也复杂。

本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种结构合理、简单，紧固方便的端盖连接螺栓。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型所设计的端盖连接螺栓，包括本体，其特征是本体由设置有螺纹的长螺杆和短螺杆以及位于长螺杆和短螺杆之间的六角螺栓头构成。所述长螺杆和短螺杆的螺纹为外螺纹。所述长螺杆、短螺杆与六角螺栓头连接处可以设置为弧面。
本实用新型得到的端盖连接螺栓，在连接时方便快捷，能为安装人员节省时间，同时，电机的结构设计也可简化，也降低了生产成本。

如图1、图2所示，本实施列提供的端盖连接螺栓，包括本体1，本体1由设置有螺纹11的长螺杆12和短螺杆13以及位于长螺杆12和短螺杆13之间的六角螺栓头15构成；长螺杆12、短螺杆13与六角螺栓头15连接处设置为弧面14。
在具体安装时，由于端盖连接螺栓是用于连接端盖的，而通常端盖内都置有电刷片，故在连接时，只需把端盖连接螺栓的长螺杆12穿过电刷片并用螺母固定连接，而短螺杆13则穿过外部机壳，再用螺母固定连接。由于用于不同的电机固定时，其长螺杆12和短螺杆13的尺寸因对应的电机尺寸不同而不同，所以在此对长、短尺寸的大小不作详细限定和举例。

1.一种端盖连接螺栓，包括本体(1)，其特征是本体(1)由设置有螺纹(11)的长螺杆(12)和短螺杆(13)以及位于长螺杆(12)和短螺杆(13)之间的六角螺栓头(15)构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的端盖连接螺栓，其特征是所述长螺杆(12)和短螺杆(13)的螺纹(11)为外螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的端盖连接螺栓，其特征是所述长螺杆(12)、短螺杆(13)与六角螺栓头(15)连接处设置为弧面(14)。
