为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型由长夹片、短夹片组成，在长夹片、短夹片之间设有扭转弹簧，橡胶层设在长夹片、短夹片的啮合处，斜面设在短夹片上。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2可知：本实用新型由长夹片1、短夹片2组成，在长夹片1、短夹片2之间设有扭转弹簧3，橡胶层4设在长夹片1、短夹片2的啮合处，斜面5设在短夹片2上。
使用本实用新型，下按短夹片2的左端，使长夹片1、短夹片2的啮合处张开，夹住棉棒即可，治疗完后只丢弃棉棒。本实用新型可作为一种治疗器具长期重复使用。
