如图1所示，一种新型滤杯，是由杯盖1及杯体2组成，其特征在于：在所述的杯体2上端口边缘处设有数个缺口21，该缺口21可用于过滤茶汁。
本实用新型结构简单、新颖，使用时，直接将茶叶放入壶体内，沏入开水，待泡一定的时间后，从杯体2的上端边缘处的缺口内滤出茶汁，即可饮用。同时本实用新型滤杯，也可以当作普通的茶水杯使用。
