具体实施方式：参见附图，支腿套3呈管状，其下端用螺钉2紧固着脚轮1(如市售的万向脚轮)，支腿套3的侧壁设有紧定螺栓4。使用时，被移器具6的支腿5插入支腿套3，旋紧紧定螺杆4，使支腿套3紧套在支腿5上。人推或拖动被移器具6，固定在支腿套3下端的脚轮1沿地面滚动，被移器具6便轻松安静的平缓移动。到达目的地后，旋松紧定螺杆4，从支腿5上取下支腿套3。
