本实用新型涉及一种带内隔离屏蔽的双对数据电缆,具有一护套,所述护套内设有2对双绞线,所述2对双绞线的铜丝直径为0.51mm,实心HDPE绝缘外径为0.93mm,对绞节距分别是12mm和18mm,线对传输性能达到5e类数据电缆标准,所述2对双绞线之间设有屏蔽隔离铝带。本实用新型通过采用2对双绞线构成数据电缆,与现有的4对数据电缆相比,节省了一半的铜材。电缆内用铝带将2对线隔离,有效地阻止了2对线之间的信号串扰。护套采用挤压模具工艺,使电缆的结构更稳定,性能也就更稳定。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种带内隔离屏蔽的双对数据电缆。 
背景技术
现在计算机网络用的数据电缆主要是4对双绞线对的非屏蔽电缆(UTP)和极少数带4对双绞线对总屏蔽(FTP)的电缆,在目前的100Mbps计算机网络中,其实只用到了其中的两对,一对用于接收,另一对用于发送,另外两对是闲置不用的,浪费了珍贵的铜资源。由于UTP电缆内部没有屏蔽,发送和接收线对之间的串扰很严重的,是限制传输速率和传输距离的主要因素。 
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种带内隔离屏蔽的双对数据电缆。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种带内隔离屏蔽的双对数据电缆,具有一护套,所述护套内设有2对双绞线,所述2对双绞线的铜丝直径为0.51mm,实心HDPE绝缘外径为0.93mm,对绞节距分别是12mm和18mm,线对传输性能达到5e类数据电缆标准,所述2对双绞线之间设有屏蔽隔离铝带。 
本实用新型通过采用2对双绞线构成数据电缆,与现有的4对数据电缆相比,节省了一半的铜材。电缆内用铝带将2对线隔离,有效地阻止了2对线之间的信号串扰。

如附图1所示的一种带内隔离屏蔽的双对数据电缆,具有一护套1,所述护套1内设有2对双绞线2,所述2对双绞线2的铜丝直径为0.51mm,实心HDPE绝缘外径为0.93mm,对绞节距分别是12mm和18mm,线对传输性能达到5e类数据电缆标准,所述2对双绞线2之间设有屏蔽隔离铝带3。所述护套1采用PVC或低烟无卤阻燃塑料材料。所述护套1采用挤压模具工艺,所述护套材料充满缆芯内间隙,护套1采用挤压模具工艺,从而使电缆的结构更稳定,性能也就更稳定。
