[0002] 目前全球不可再生资源的不断消耗,能源危机不断扩大漫延,特别是我国人均资源占有量非常少,为了实现节能减排,减少碳的排放,提高人们的生活质量,因此人们需要用电负荷低、更加节能环保的产品。现有的供热供暖系统一般都是采用电源或燃煤为热源的集体供暖方式,比较浪费资源,也不能满足用户要求快速提供大量热水的需求。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型目的是提供节约能源、能够快速提供大量热水的太阳能电即热式热水器综合供暖供热系统。
[0004] 本实用新型采用以下方案来实现:太阳能电即热式热水器综合供暖供热系统,其包括带保温层的储热水箱、太阳能发电系统、电即热式加热系统,所述储热水箱上设有进水管、出水管和回水管,储热水箱中设有电热棒,电即热式加热系统和电热棒的电源线连接太阳能发电系统的电源输出线,储热水箱的出水管连接电即热式加热系统的进水管,电即热式加热系统的出水管连接地暖系统或供暖系统的进水管和热水出水口,地暖系统、供暖系统的出水管连接储热水箱的回水管。
[0005] 所述电即热式加热系统设有电子控制板、手动复位温控器和自动复位温控器,电即热式加热系统的进水管和出水管上分别设有进水温度传感器和出水温度传感器。
[0006] 所述太阳能发电系统设有太阳能电池板,太阳能电池板经由控制电路连接蓄电池,蓄电池的电源输出线连接电即热式加热系统和电热棒的电源线。
[0007] 所述储热水箱的进水管端设有电磁阀和水泵。
[0008] 所述储热水箱中设有温控开关、水位开关,储热水箱的顶部设有泄压阀门。

[0013] 本实用新型的有益效果是:采用上述结构,可以利用太阳能发电系统供电,可由储热水箱中的电热棒加热储热水箱中的水,经过预热的水再经过电即热式热水器加热,加热后的水进入地暖系统、供暖系统实现供热供暖,流经地暖系统、供暖系统后的水会再流回到储热水箱中储存,电即热式热水器的出口还连接多个热水出水口供用户使用;当储热水箱中的水温超过设定温度时,温控开关就切断电热棒的电源停止加热,如果储热水箱中的水位低于设定位置时,水位开关就会自动接通电源打开进水电磁阀和水泵,让水通过进水管自动补充到储热水箱中。本实用新型利用电即热式热水器加热储热水箱中经过预热的水, 能够快速提供大量热水,能够综合利用电能和太阳能,能够提高能源利用率。

[0023] 本实用新型的工作原理是:太阳能发电系统2中的太阳能电池板吸收太阳光中的能量转化成电能,通过控制电路把电能存储到蓄电池中,蓄电池中的电能给储热水箱1中的发热棒14供电,对储热水箱1中的水进行预热;蓄电池中的电能还可以给电即热式加热系统3供电,当蓄电池中的电用完时,还可以通过控制电路切换,让市电给发热棒14和电即热式加热系统3提供电源。
[0024] 当储热水箱1中的水预热到设定温度时,储热水箱1上的温控开关15就会切断电热棒14的电源,让电热棒14停止工作,如果储热水箱1中的水温再持续升高导致储热水箱 1内的压力过高,储热水箱1上的泄压阀门17就会开启,防止储热水箱1中的压力过大。
[0025] 储热水箱1的出水管12连接电即热式加热系统3的进水管31,电即热式加热系统3的出水管32连接地暖系统4或供暖系统5的进水管41、51和若干个热水出水口 6供淋浴房、浴缸、洗脸盆等使用,用户使用时,在电即热式加热系统3上设置好出水温度后,打开热水出水口 6放水时,电即热式加热系统3采集进水管31上的进水温度传感器和出水管32上的出水温度传感器的温度,并把采集到的温度反馈给电子控制板,通过电子控制板的计算控制,控制电即热式加热系统3以最低的功率加热进水管31进入的水,输出水温恒定的热水;经过电即热式加热系统3加热后的热水可以流经地暖系统4或供暖系统5进行对房间供暖,流经地暖系统4或供暖系统5的热水通过回水管13又回到到储热水箱1中,如此循环进行供暖,可以通过调节地暖系统4或供暖系统5上的开关来调节供暖温度。
[0026] 电即热式加热系统3上的自动复位温控器、手动复位温控器能够准确控制发热杯的温度、防止干烧。
[0027] 当储热水箱1中的水温超过设定温度时,储热水箱1上的温控开关15切断电热棒 14的电源停止加热;当储热水箱1中水位低于设定位置时,水位开关16就会自动接通进水电磁阀111和水泵112自动补充水。
[0028] 使用一段时间后,可以打开设在储热水箱1底部的清洁阀门18清洗储热水箱1。
[0029] 当用户打开连接热水出水口 6的应用终端(如淋浴房、浴缸、洗脸盆等)使用热水时,人们平常使用热水一般在40摄氏度左右,使用后的热水流入下水道时,水温仍保持在 35摄氏度左右,很多热量都排到下水道里去了,浪费了大量能量。余热回收系统7通过热交换装置将这部分热量回收对电即热式加热系统3的进水进行再加热。

1.太阳能电即热式热水器综合供暖供热系统,其特征在于:其包括带保温层的储热水箱、太阳能发电系统、电即热式加热系统,所述储热水箱上设有进水管、出水管和回水管,储热水箱中设有电热棒,电即热式加热系统和电热棒的电源线连接太阳能发电系统的电源输出线,储热水箱的出水管连接电即热式加热系统的进水管,电即热式加热系统的出水管连接地暖系统或供暖系统的进水管和热水出水口,地暖系统、供暖系统的出水管连接储热水箱的回水管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电即热式热水器综合供暖供热系统,其特征在于:所述电即热式加热系统设有电子控制板、手动复位温控器和自动复位温控器,电即热式加热 系统的进水管和出水管上分别设有进水温度传感器和出水温度传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电即热式热水器综合供暖供热系统,其特征在于:所述太阳能发电系统设有太阳能电池板,太阳能电池板经由控制电路连接蓄电池,蓄电池的电源输出线连接电即热式加热系统和电热棒的电源线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电即热式热水器综合供暖供热系统,其特征在于:所述储热水箱的进水管端设有电磁阀和水泵。
5.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电即热式热水器综合供暖供热系统,其特征在于:所述储热水箱中设有温控开关、水位开关,储热水箱的顶部设有泄压阀门。
