背景技术
现有深层搅拌桩机所用的钻头叶片，基本采用普通碳素钢，土壤切削能力有一定的局限性，且作业时磨损严重。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种深层搅拌桩机的合金钻头，以解决现有施工技术中普通钻头土壤切削能力有局限性，且作业时磨损严重的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：提供一种深层搅拌桩机的合金钻头，包括钻杆和搅拌叶片；所述的搅拌叶片边缘一侧镶嵌有合金钢块。
所述的合金钢块采用A106型硬质合金刀片。
有益效果
本实用新型涉及一种深层搅拌桩机的合金钻头，合金钢块采用硬钎焊法镶嵌在搅动叶片上，钻孔时可以显著提高对较硬土层的钻进速度，提高施工效率，并且大幅减少搅拌叶片的磨损，延长使用寿命，同时制作本实用新型工艺简单，所需的合金钢片市场均有销售，而且价格低廉。
