目前国内外重型机械厂、钢厂等企业吊装的过程中一般都采用铝合金压制、插编钢丝绳索具均为一般用途钢丝绳索具其前强力系数不高，使用时连接不方便，且存在使用寿命短的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种钢丝绳浇铸索具，这种钢丝绳浇铸索具不但拉力强，使用连接方便，而且能保证了货物吊装时的安全性。
本实用新型采用了以下技术方案：一种钢丝绳浇铸索具，它包括钢丝绳，索节本体以及锡基合金，所述锡基合金将钢丝绳和索节本体熔炼浇铸连接。
所述锡基合金的材料为chsnsb11-6锡基合金。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：本实用新型采用了钢丝绳和索节本体溶炼而成，组合后的钢丝绳浇铸索具有强力系数高、拉力强、使用连接方面等优点，它可以有效的保证了大型机械起重安全性，不会出现普通钢丝绳索具破断及需连接时需采用连接器的现象。

在图1中，本实用新型为一种钢丝绳浇铸索具，它包括钢丝绳1，索节本体3以及锡基合金2，锡基合金2的材料为chsnsb11-6锡基合金，将钢丝绳1插入索节本体3中，用坩埚熔化chsnsb11-6锡基合金，浇铸溶炼于钢丝绳1
索节本体3中，连续注满方可停止。钢丝绳索具由钢丝绳和索节本体及chsnsb11-6锡基合金熔炼组成，当起重货物时安全系数高，连接时方便，不会出现破断、滑落现象。

1.一种钢丝绳浇铸索具，其特征是它包括钢丝绳(1)，索节本体(3)以及锡基合金(2)，所述锡基合金(2)将钢丝绳(1)和索节本体(3)熔炼浇铸连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢丝绳浇铸索具，其特征是所述锡基合金(2)的材料为chsnsb11-6锡基合金。
