一般来说，拉条螺杆组件是轿架的必要组成部件。但是，现有轿架中的拉条螺杆组件结构较为复杂，组装不便利。

本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，提供一种轿架拉条螺杆组件，其在拉杆的两端分别安装连接板和拉条座，以实现立梁与下梁组件的连接。其结构简单，支撑稳固。
为实现以上的技术目的，本实用新型将采取以下的技术方案：
一种轿架拉条螺杆组件，包括拉杆，所述拉杆的设半封闭安装槽，该半封闭安装槽与用于连接轿架立梁的连接板相适配，拉杆的另一端则通过螺纹连接的方式与用于连接轿架下梁组件的拉条座连接；所述半封闭槽与连接板之间通过焊接的方式固定。
所述拉杆和连接板均采用Q235钢板制作而成；而拉条座则采用45号钢制作而成。
根据以上的技术方案，可以实现以下的有益效果：

所述拉杆和连接板均采用Q235钢板制作而成；而拉条座则采用45号钢制作而成。
具体地说，本实用新型拉杆的一端开设半封闭安装槽，该半封闭安装槽与连接板相适配，拉杆的另一端设置拉条座，连接板与轿架的立梁组件连接，而拉条座则与下梁组件连接。半封闭安装槽的槽深L为70mm；连接板与半封闭安装槽之间通过焊接的方式连接成一体，同时本实用新型的各部件表面通过镀锌进行钝化处理。
