本实用新型的目的是提供一种可控制液体流量的液体瓶的瓶盖，而且漏斗瓶盖与密封瓶盖连接，该液体瓶的瓶盖不容易。

采用上述结构后，拧开液体瓶的密封瓶盖1，将漏斗瓶盖2与液体瓶的瓶嘴完成封装，倾倒时就可以控制瓶内内容物流出的速度，实现流量可控，而密封瓶盖1上设有的套圈3通过连接轴4与漏斗瓶盖2固定连接，使密封瓶盖1仍与液体瓶相连，达到密封瓶盖1不易丢失的目的。
