本实用新型涉及水循环系统,具体涉及一种橡胶模型预成型机水循环加热系统。
背景技术
橡胶分为天然橡胶和合成橡胶。天然橡胶主要来源于三叶橡胶树,当这种橡胶树的表皮被割开时,就会流出乳白色的汁液,称为胶乳,胶乳经凝聚、洗涤、成型、干燥即得天然橡胶。合成橡胶是由人工合成方法而制得的,采用不同的原料可以合成出不同种类的橡胶。橡胶制品(rubber product)指以天然及合成橡胶为原料生产各种橡胶制品的活动,还包括利用废橡胶再生产的橡胶制品。橡胶行业是国民经济的重要基础产业之一。它不仅为人们提供日常生活不可或缺的日用、医用等轻工橡胶产品,而且向采掘、交通、建筑、机械、电子等重工业和新兴产业提供各种橡胶制生产设备或橡胶部件。可见,橡胶行业的产品种类繁多,后向产业十分广阔。目前用于橡胶模型生产用的各种环形、矩形以及其它形状制品用的胶坯都要用到预成型机,在预成型机挤出装置的料筒及机头上要保持一定的温度,以满足料筒和机头内胶料恒定在一定温度,现有技术中的这种装置很少见,也不能满足生产需要。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结构简,加热保温效果好的橡胶模型预成型机水循环加热系统。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现,
橡胶模型预成型机水循环加热系统,包括料筒、水泵、水箱及电加热器,其特征在于:所述料筒上设有一层隔水套,所述隔水套一侧与水箱连接,另一侧与水泵连接,所述水泵连接电加热器,所述电加热器上连接有测温表,所述测温表与隔水套连接。
所述水泵为屏蔽式水泵。
所述测温表由数字式温控器控制。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构设置新颖,加热保温效果好,使用方便,其整体构成一循环结构,节约水源,没有污染,可以使胶料保持在恒定的温度下。

如图1所示,橡胶模型预成型机水循环加热系统,包括料筒5、水泵1、水箱4及电加热器2,料筒5上设有一层隔水套6,隔水套6一侧与水箱4连接,另一侧与水泵1连接,水泵1连接电加热器2,电加热器2上连接有测温表3,测温表3与隔水套6连接,水泵1为屏蔽式水泵,测温表3由数字式温控器控制。
