本实用新型的技术方案是：包括针头、针管、活塞和针芯，其特征是在针管前段设有引药管，针头侧面设有增压针，增压针上设有弹力囊，引药管前段设有储药缸。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，在给病人进行配药时操作简便、省时省力，减轻了医务人员的工作难度。

具体实施方式：包括针头1、针管2、活塞3和针芯4，其特征是在针管2前段设有引药管5，针头1侧面设有增压针6，增压针6上设有弹力囊7，引药管5前段设有储药缸8。在给病人进行配药时，针头1插入输液瓶胶塞，抽拉针芯4，手捏弹力囊7排气，推动针芯4，活塞3密封针管2前段，药液倒入储药缸8，再抽拉并固定针芯4，弹力囊7复位抽吸药液即可。
