背景技术
LED具有节能、环保等特点,且其光谱强度和光照强度灵活可控,因此LED作为一种新型节能环保产品越来越受到人们的关注,其应用领域也越来越广泛,其中应用到植物的生长是一个新的研究领域。目前市场上采用红灯或蓝灯或紫灯组成的LED植物生长灯已有应用,其一般直接将灯珠设置成不同颜色来充当光源,这样在生产上会很麻烦,加工的效率会明显降低,且各个灯珠设列在一起,各灯珠发出的光会有一定的阻挡,其利用率就会有所降低,因此,如何解决上述问题成为亟待解决的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的上述不足,提供一种照明效果好、发光效率高、加工工艺简单的一种结构简单的LED植物生长灯。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的:一种结构简单的LED植物生长灯,包括散热板,安装在散热板上的透光灯罩,设置在散热板内的铝基板和铝基板上分布安装的呈圆环分布的LED灯珠,其中,所述的铝基板上设有透光板,所述透光板设有与LED灯珠相对应外凸的发光罩,发光罩置LED灯珠于其中,所述的发光罩内表面覆有特定波长的发光涂层。
上述的一种结构简单的LED植物生长灯,所述的发光涂层为红光发光光谱涂层和紫光发光光谱涂层。
上述的一种结构简单的LED植物生长灯,所述的红光发光光谱涂层和紫光发光光谱涂层呈相间隔排列。
上述的一种结构简单的LED植物生长灯,所述的发光罩上涂有红光发光光谱涂层所发的红光波长为620~625nm,所述发光罩上涂有紫光发光光谱涂层所发的紫光波长为400-435nm。
上述的一种结构简单的LED植物生长灯,所述的发光罩为半圆球状。
本实用新型采用上述结构后,通过在透光板上设置发光罩,发光罩在生产与加工时比较方便,不需要将灯珠设为发红光或紫光的LED灯,且发光罩可批量生产,不需要工作人员将LED灯逐个进行加工,保证了工艺方便,结构简单且发光罩设计成半圆球形,也可以将灯珠所发的光聚集,提高了光利用率;将发光罩内表面覆一层发光涂层,发光涂层为红光或紫光且相间隔排列,由于各种植物在生长发育周期中对光谱波长选择性吸收不同,因此可按照植物生长的周期,配置不同颜色的LED光源,有利于促进植物的生长,提高免疫力。

具体实施方式
如图1~图3所示,本实用新型的一种结构简单的LED植物生长灯,包括散热板1,安装在散热板1上的透光灯罩2,设置在散热板1内的铝基板3和铝基板3上分布安装的呈圆环分布的LED灯珠4,其所述的铝基板3上设有透光板5,所述透光板5设有与LED灯珠4相对应外凸的发光罩6,发光罩6置LED灯珠4于其中,所述的发光罩6内表面覆有特定波长的发光涂层7。
发光涂层7为红光发光光谱涂层71和紫光发光光谱涂层72。
红光发光光谱涂层71和紫光发光光谱涂层72呈相间隔排列。
发光罩6上涂有红光发光光谱涂层71所发的红光波长为620~625nm,所述发光罩6上涂有紫光发光光谱涂层72所发的紫光波长为400~435nm。
发光罩6为半圆球状。
本实用新型在具体使用时,通过在透光板5上设置向外凸发光罩6,发光罩6在生产和加工时比较方便,不需要在灯珠上设发红光或紫光涂层且发光罩可批量生产,工艺方便,结构简单,可减少生产成本,提高生产效率;将发光罩6设为半圆球状,可将灯罩内LED灯珠4所发的光聚集,减少了光的损耗,提高光利用率;将发光罩6内表面覆一层发光涂层,发光涂层7为红光或紫光且相间隔排列,由于各种植物在生长发育周期中对光谱波长选择性吸收不同,因此按照植物生长的周期,将LED光源配置成不同颜色,有利于促进植物的生长和提高植物免疫力。

1.一种结构简单的LED植物生长灯,包括散热板(1),安装在散热板(1)上的透光灯罩(2),设置在散热板(1)内的铝基板(3)和铝基板(3)上分布安装的呈圆环分布的LED灯珠(4),其特征在于:所述的铝基板(3)上设有透光板(5),所述透光板(5)设有与LED灯珠(4)相对应外凸的发光罩(6),发光罩(6)置LED灯珠(4)于其中,所述的发光罩(6)内表面覆有特定波长的发光涂层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种结构简单的LED植物生长灯,其特征在于:所述的发光涂层(7)为红光发光光谱涂层(71)和紫光发光光谱涂层(72)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种结构简单的LED植物生长灯,其特征在于:所述的红光发光光谱涂层(71)和紫光发光光谱涂层(72)呈相间隔排列。
