在日常的生活中，无论在公交还是地铁里，常常个子比较矮小的人够不到横梁上的拉手。个子高的人，又觉得拉手带很长，站不稳。

本实用新型的目的就是要解决上述背景技术中提到的问题，提供一种可调节长度的拉手。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：可调节长度的拉手，其特征是：将拉手带固定在横梁上，拉手带轴放入拉手带存放盒中，而后将拉手带存放盒与拉环相连接，在拉环右侧安装伸缩按钮。
本实用新型的有益效果是：按住伸缩按钮上下拉动拉环，拉手带就会根据需要自行调整长短，为每一个人提供最适合的长度。
