冬日,在一些寒冷的地方,常常给办公人员或学生带来不便,现有的电热写字垫板面板采用的是玻璃材质面板、金属材质面板或木质面板,该些面板的热传递效率低,耗电量大,不节能,而且电路上没有设置超温热敏开关,其使用安全性不高。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种远红外电热写字垫板,该远红外电热写字垫板能给使用者提供一可防御手生冻疮的温暖的工作环境,提高了工作效率,达到御寒效果,不仅结构简单,造价低廉,而且热传递效率及安全性能高,具有广泛的使用价值和推广价值。 
本实用新型的特征在于:一种远红外电热写字垫板,包括仿瓷面壳和塑料底板,其特征在于:所述仿瓷面壳下侧面设置有用于布设碳纤维发热线的凹槽,所述碳纤维发热线上还串联有超温热敏开关,所述仿瓷面壳和塑料底板之间设置有保温反射板,所述保温反射板的上侧面设置有热反射布或喷涂有热反射漆。 
上述仿瓷面壳一旁侧部设置有控制面板,所述控制面板上设置有控制开关和电源线插头,所述仿瓷面壳上侧面还设置有指示灯。 
上述仿瓷面壳上表面设置有装饰图案。 
本实用新型的优点在于:一是由于采用了仿瓷材料做面壳,可塑性高,更易于规模化生产,且底板的上侧面设置有热反射布或喷涂有热反射漆,使其热传递效率高,相对现有同类产品而言更为节能环保,积极响应了国家的节能口号;二是该远红外电热写字垫板的机械结构简单,造价低廉,有利于减少资金投入,提高企业的经济效益;三是在碳纤维发热线上还串联有超温热敏开关,使其具有超温保护的功能,具有了更高的使用安全性;四是外观美观大方,冬季可用来暖手,其他季节可作为装饰品。

上述仿瓷面壳1一旁侧部设置有控制面板6,所述控制面板6上设置有控制开关7和电源线插头8,所述仿瓷面壳1上侧面还设置有指示灯9。 
上述仿瓷面壳1上表面设置有装饰图案10。 
本实用新型的远红外电热写字垫板可以嵌在桌面上,作为桌面的一部分,在保暖的同时也不会影响到桌面的平整度。 
本产品采用优质的碳纤维发热线和仿瓷面壳,其热效率高,比全金属丝电热器节约电能30%-50%,使用寿命长。
