Abstract

本实用新型涉及LED灯技术领域,尤其是一种非等间距发光点排列的LED显示屏。 
背景技术
LED显示屏作为一种信息发布工具在日常生活中有着广泛的应用。其可应用于户内外广告、体育、交通、演出、展览、集会等各种场所,丰富了人们的生活,并为人们的日常生活提供了诸多便利。 
常规的LED显示屏是在不透光的平面结构上,由发光二极管即LED组成一个发光点,数个横向、等间距排列的发光点组成一个发光单元板,再由数个发光单元板纵向、等间距排列拼接成LED显示屏。有专门的驱动电路和控制系统控制各发光点的亮度,从而显示出色彩丰富的视频、图片、文字等画面。 
目前的LED显示屏均采用发光点等间距排列的设计,即横向排列的同一发光单元板中相邻两个发光点之间的距离与纵向排列的相邻两个发光单元板之间的距离相等。如果LED显示屏的长和宽的比例较大,则会出现长或宽方向的发光点较少,显示效果失真,使得LED显示屏的应用受到很大限制。 
实用新型内容
针对上述技术中存在的不足之处,本实用新型提供一种非等间距发光点排列的LED显示屏。可以弥补现有的LED显示屏长或宽方向的发光点较少的问题,有效解决了显示发光点不足的问题。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种非等间距发光点排列的LED显示屏,由多个发光单元板按顺序排列构成,每个发光单元板包括多个等间距排列的发光点,相邻的两个所述发光单元板之间的距离与所述发光单元板上相 邻的两个所述发光点之间的距离不相等。 
相邻的两个所述发光单元板之间的距离大于相邻的两个所述发光点之间的距离。 
相邻的两个所述发光单元板之间的距离小于相邻的两个所述发光点之间的距离。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下优点: 
本实用新型提供的非等间距发光点排列的LED显示屏,由多个发光单元板按顺序排列构成,每个发光单元板上设有多个等间距排列的发光点,相邻的两个发光单元板之间的距离与相邻的两个发光点之间的距离不相等;相邻的两个发光单元板之间的距离可以大于相邻的两个发光点之间的距离;相邻的两个发光单元板之间的距离小于相邻的两个发光点之间的距离。本实用新型采用这样的非等间距发光点排列的设计,可以弥补现有的LED显示屏长或宽方向的发光点较少的问题,有效解决了显示发光点不足的问题。并针对这种非等间距发光点排列的设计,通过专用后期图像处理软件,从而保证显示屏的正确性和真实性。

本实用新型的非等间距发光点排列的LED显示屏,由按顺序排列的多个发光单元板1构成,每个发光单元板1设有多个等间距排列的发光点2。相邻两个发光单元板1之间的距离为a,每个发光单元板1上相邻两个发光点2之间的距离为b。相邻的两个发光单元板1之间的距离a不等于每个发光单元板1上相邻的两个发光点2之间的距离b,也就是说,相邻排列的两个发光单元板1之间的距离a大于每个发光单元板1上相邻的两个发光点2之间的距离b,或者相邻排列的两个发光单元板1之间的距离a小于每个发光单元板1上相邻的两个发光点2之间的距离b。 
如图1所示,相邻排列的两个发光单元板1之间的距离a大于每个发光单元板1上相邻的两个发光点2之间的距离b。 
如图2所示,相邻排列的两个发光单元板1之间的距离a小于每个发光单元板1上相邻的两个发光点2之间的距离b。 
如图3所示,相邻排列的两个发光单元板1之间的距离a等于每个发光单元板1上相邻的两个发光点2之间的距离b。 
在实际应用中,优选具体实施方式一和具体实施方式二。这样的非等间距发光点排列的设计,可以弥补现有的LED显示屏长或宽方向的发光点较少的问题,有效解决了显示发光点不足的问题。并针对这种非等间距发光点排列的设计,通过专用后期图像处理软件,从而保证显示屏的正确性和真实性。

1.一种非等间距发光点排列的LED显示屏,由多个发光单元板按顺序排列构成,每个发光单元板上设有多个等间距排列的发光点,其特征在于,相邻的两个所述发光单元板之间的距离与所述发光单元板上相邻的两个所述发光点之间的距离不相等。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种非等间距发光点排列的LED显示屏,其特征在于,相邻的两个所述发光单元板之间的距离大于相邻的两个所述发光点之间的距离。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种非等间距发光点排列的LED显示屏,其特征在于,相邻的两个所述发光单元板之间的距离小于相邻的两个所述发光点之间的距离。
