Abstract

本实用新型公开一种太阳能二甲醚加热气化装置,气化炉1的进水管4与太阳能热水装置2的热水箱连接,出水管5通过阀门与进水泵3连接,进水泵3的另一端则与太阳能热水装置2的进水口相连接。采用太阳能热水装置2以及气化炉1对二甲醚加热气化,充分利用清洁能源——太阳能的高温,对气化炉内的二甲醚循环不断的加热气化,大幅度降低二甲醚气化成本,有效提高工作效率,节约能源。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种二甲醚加热供气的技术,特别是一种利用太阳能对二甲基醚加热气化的装置。 
背景技术
随着石油资源的紧缺及油价的不断上涨,作为柴油替代资源的的清洁燃料——二甲醚得到了大量的推广应用。目前,二甲醚气化后作为工业锅炉的燃料已得到一定应用,但在实际操作中,二甲醚在气化过程中要消耗大量的热能,不但增加了生产成本,而且升温气化过程相对较长。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种太阳能二甲醚加热气化装置,利用太阳能加热气化炉内的循环水,对液态二甲醚不断加热气化,大幅度降低二甲醚气化成本,有效提高工作效率。 
具体方案如下: 
一种太阳能二甲醚加热气化装置的气化炉进水管与太阳能热水装置的热水箱连接,出水管通过阀门与进水泵连接。进水泵的另一端则与太阳能热水装置的进水口相连接。整体形成一个闭循环回路,确保太阳能热水装置不断向气化炉提供高温热水,使液态二甲醚在气化炉内迅速气化。
本实用新型采用太阳能加热气化炉结构,充分利用清洁能源——太阳能的高温,对气化炉内的二甲醚循环不断的加热气化,大幅度降低二甲醚气化成本,有效提高工作效率,节约能源。

1.一种太阳能二甲醚加热气化装置,是由气化炉构成,其特征在于:气化炉(1)的进水管(4)与太阳能热水装置(2)的热水箱连接,出水管(5)通过阀门与进水泵(3)连接,进水泵(3)的另一端则与太阳能热水装置(2)的进水口相连接。
