通过采用前述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是: 本实用新型无纺布层上设有竹质活性灰颗粒花样层,竹质活性炭颗粒具有超强的吸附能力和辐射远红外线的功能,可以吸附湿气、异味及有害气体,保持室内空气清新和床位干燥,并具有产生远红外线的作用,可以促进人体肩周、颈等部位的血液循环,有利于帮助睡眠、恢复疲劳,对肩周疼痛、关节炎、畏寒、失眠等症状有辅助的治疗效果。另外本新型原料易得、制造工艺简单、成本低、适合大批量生产。

本新型的制作工艺:先将竹质活性炭颗粒与粘合剂搅拌混合,再由专用的印花设备在无纺布层上印制成各种不同类型的花样层,最后在将成形后的竹炭无纺布进行纳米抗菌处理。
