背景技术
我们知道,现有的保温饭盒是,设有外壳体,外壳体上设有盒盖,外壳体内设有饭菜容器,外壳体与饭菜容器之间设有隔热层,隔热层能使装在内部的饭菜延缓散热,以达到保温的目的。使用保温饭盒的人群都是在早晨将热的饭菜装在饭盒内,保存到中午食用,而这种保温饭盒,存放四、五小时后,饭盒内的饭菜温度很低,不适于食用,尤其在外界气温低时,饭盒内的饭菜会变凉,不能食用。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决上述现有技术的不足,提供一种既能保温,又能在饭菜温度过低时对其加热的保温饭盒。 
本实用新型的技术方案是,设有外壳体,外壳体上设有盒盖,外壳体内设有饭菜容器,外壳体与饭菜容器之间设有隔热层,其特征在于:隔热层上设有电热元件,外壳体上设有温控开关和电源插口,电热元件经温控开关与电源插口相连接。 
本实用新型电热元件是半导体制热片,半导体制热片的制热端设在隔热层上方与饭菜容器相贴靠,半导体制热片的制冷端设在隔热层下方,外壳体上设有空气流通口。 
本实用新型在饭菜容器内设有盛装盒。 
使用本实用新型盛装、携带饭菜,短时间内隔热层能够将饭菜的温度保持在适于食用的范围,存放时间过长,饭菜温度低时,用电源线将电源插口与电源连通,按动温控开关,电热元件发热对饭菜进行加热,当温度达到要求时,温控开关会自动断开电路停止加热。具有既能保温,又能在饭菜温度低时对其加热的优点。由于饭菜容器内设有盛装盒,使用后可以对盛装盒单独清洗,清洗方便、避免饭盒因进水而损坏。

如图所示的保温饭盒,设有外壳体1,外壳体1上设有盒盖6,外壳体1内设有饭菜容器2,外壳体与饭菜容器2之间设有隔热层5,隔热层5上设有电热元件4,本实施例中电热元件4是半导体制热片,半导体制热片的制热端设在隔热层上方与饭菜容器相贴靠,半导体制热片的制冷端设在隔热层下方,外壳体上设有空气流通口9,空气流通口可以提高半导体制热片的制热效果。外壳体1上设有温控开关7和电源插口8,电热元件4经温控开关7与电源插口8相连接。使用这种饭盒盛装、携带饭菜,短时间内隔热层能够将饭菜的温度保持在适于食用的范围,存放时间过长,饭菜温度低时,用电源线将电源插口与电源连通,按动温控开关,电热元件发热对饭菜进行加热,当温度达到要求时,温控开关会自动断开电路停止加热。具有既能保温,又能在饭菜温度低时对其加热的优点。饭菜容器内设有盛装饭菜用的盛装盒3,使用后可以对盛装盒3单独清洗,清洗方便、避免饭盒因进水而损坏。

1.一种保温饭盒,设有外壳体,外壳体上设有盒盖,外壳体内设有饭菜容器,外壳体与饭菜容器之间设有隔热层,其特征在于:隔热层上设有电热元件,外壳体上设有温控开关和电源插口,电热元件经温控开关与电源插口相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温饭盒,其特征在于:所说的电热元件是半导体制热片,半导体制热片的制热端设在隔热层上方与饭菜容器相贴靠,半导体制热片的制冷端设在隔热层下方,外壳体上设有空气流通口。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保温饭盒,其特征在于:所说的饭菜容器内设有盛装盒。
