本实用新型涉及一种SF6气体电抗器磁屏蔽结构。所述的磁屏蔽结构为设置在电抗器的非导磁壳体内的环形磁屏蔽层,所述的磁屏蔽层设置在电抗器壳体壁上,磁屏蔽层的上端和下端为交错叠加的扇形导磁材料。本实用新型采用较好的导磁材料在电抗器的非导磁非金属铠装壳体内做成环形屏蔽结构,将绕组产生的漏磁导入磁回路中,减少漏磁对铠装壳体的衍射,减少铠装壳体的发热,本实用新型还可适用于油浸式电抗器。

本实用新型涉及一种SF6气体电抗器磁屏蔽结构。 
背景技术
气体电抗器在运行过程中的绕组会产生大的漏磁场,漏磁衍射将会引起电抗器铠装壳体发热。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了解决以上问题提供了一种减少漏磁衍射、降低电抗器壳体发热、提高设备利用率的SF6气体电抗器磁屏蔽结构。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:所述的磁屏蔽结构为设置在电抗器的非导磁壳体内的环形磁屏蔽层,所述的磁屏蔽层设置在电抗器壳体壁上,磁屏蔽层的上端和下端为交错叠加的扇形导磁材料。 
所述的扇形导磁材料为90度放置的硅钢片。 
所述的磁屏蔽层为导磁材料制成。 
所述磁屏蔽层采用导磁开槽方式卷绕成25层的筒状磁屏蔽层。 
本实用新型采用较好的导磁材料在电抗器的非导磁非金属铠装壳体内做成环形屏蔽结构,将绕组产生的漏磁导入磁回路中,减少漏磁对铠装壳体的衍射,减少铠装壳体的发热,本实用新型还可适用于油浸式电抗器。

SF6气体电抗器磁屏蔽结构,所述的磁屏蔽结构为设置在电抗器的非导磁壳体1内的环形磁屏蔽层3,所述的磁屏蔽层3设置在电抗器壳体1壁上,采用导磁开槽方式卷绕成25层的筒状磁屏蔽层3,磁屏蔽层3的上端和下端为交错叠加的扇形导磁材料,所述的扇形导磁材料为90度放置的硅钢片4,所述的磁屏蔽层3为导磁材料制成。

1.SF6气体电抗器磁屏蔽结构,其特征在于:所述的磁屏蔽结构为设置在电抗器的非导磁壳体内的环形磁屏蔽层,所述的磁屏蔽层设置在电抗器壳体壁上,磁屏蔽层的上端和下端为交错叠加的扇形导磁材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的SF6气体电抗器磁屏蔽结构,其特征在于:所述的扇形导磁材料为90度放置的硅钢片。
