参见图1，一种可转动的LED灯灯座固定装置，包括有环形内、外框1、2，环形内框1转动安装在环形外框2的内侧壁上，环形内框1绕环形外框2的径向中心线转动，环形内框1的内侧壁上固定安装有灯座3，灯座3上安装有LED光源4；环形外框2的外侧壁上设有安装座5，便于安装。
环形内框1的端部安装有透光罩，透光罩将LED光源4罩在其内部。当需要调整需要调整LED光源4出射光的照射角度时，相应的调节环形内框1绕环形外框2的径向中心线转动的角度即可，同时也可方便、快捷的更换和维护LED光源4。
