背景技术
目前，LED被运用在各个领域，而LED在使用过程中，为了防水，一般都是把LED灯条放在套管中，套管大都呈长方形或者圆形，在安装的时候，都是采用卡扣将套管压贴在安装物体上，然后再用螺丝锁定卡扣于安装物体。这样的套管结构存在以下几个缺点：一、安装时候操作不方便，需先将卡扣卡合于套管外围再锁螺丝；二、需要太多小零件，安装时必须有配套的卡扣，而卡扣这种小零件容易丢失，保管不便；二、不美观，卡扣与套管是独立存在，没有整体感。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种安装操作方便、整体感强的LED灯条套管结构。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：
一种LED灯条新型套管结构，包括一管部本体以及自管部本体底部分别往两侧延伸的翼部，每一翼部设置有螺丝孔。
所述翼部高度矮于管部本体高度。
所述LED灯条新型套管结构还包括设置于管部本体两端的套管盖头。

以下将参照附图详细说明依据本实用新型实施例的一种LED灯条新型套管结构。
如图1、2所示，本实用新型一种LED灯条新型套管结构1用于包覆一LED灯条2，所述LED灯条包括一PCB板21以及安装于PCB板上的多个LED灯22与电阻23。
该LED新型套管结构1包括一管部本体11，管部本体11自底部分别往两侧延伸有翼部12，每一翼部12设置有螺丝孔13，且翼部12高度矮于管部本体11高度。该LED新型套管结构1还包括设置于管部本体11两端的套管盖头14(图示只显示一个)。
安装时，只需将翼部12贴合于安装物体(图未示)，然后用螺丝3经翼部12的螺丝孔13锁定于安装物体即可，操作方便，而且就套管一个零件，无需单独的卡扣，整体感强。
尽管本实用新型的实施方案已公开如上，但其不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用，它完全可以被适用于各种适合本实用新型的领域，对于熟悉本领域的人员而言，可容易地实现另外的修改，因此在不背离权利要求以及等同范围所限定的一般概念下，本实用新型并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。
