Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种正反向都为零泄漏插装阀。它设有阀套、阀芯和弹簧。阀芯靠控制腔右端为锥面,阀芯与阀座配合安装,贴合时锥面线性密封。它和球式换向阀组成一个液压控制回路。利用此正反向零泄漏插装阀,可以保证阀门液压系统在保压时泄漏量为零,减少了系统电机油泵的启动次数,从面延长了阀门液压系统的使用寿命。

技术领域
本实用新型属于液压阀技术领域,涉及到一种液压系统中正反向都要求保压的零泄漏插装阀。
背景技术
目前,液控阀门普遍存在这样一种缺陷:阀门长时间打开或关闭时,液压系统总是存在着比较大的泄漏,保压效果非常差,导致液压系统频繁启动电机油泵,致使液压系统工作不可靠甚至失效。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种阀芯右端为锥形并增设有阀座的正反向零泄漏插装阀,它和球式换向阀组成一个液压控制回路。
它是这样实现的:它设有阀套、阀芯和弹簧。阀芯靠控制腔右端为锥面,阀芯与阀座配合安装,贴合时锥面线性密封。
本实用新型的优点在于:利用此正反向零泄漏插装阀,可以保证阀门液压系统在保压时泄漏量为零,减少了系统电机油泵的启动次数,从面延长了阀门液压系统的使用受命。
