背景技术
风机常用于热流体的循环,一般风机保温采用玻璃棉将其外壳包裹,使内部温度不易损失,这样使风机在检修时必须拆除其包裹物,给维护造成了极大的麻烦,而且,风机的叶轮是极易磨损的部位,一般风机在更换叶轮时需将整个风机外壳打开,极不方便。

实用新型目的:本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种内部保温且方便检修的可拆卸式自保温风机。 
技术方案:本实用新型所述的可拆卸式自保温风机,其目的是这样实现的:一种可拆卸式自保温风机,包括叶轮,叶轮外侧设有外壳,叶轮置于轴上,轴与联轴器相连接,联轴器与电动机连接,所述外壳的内侧壁上设有一层保温层,外壳的后部设有一块直径略大于叶轮的后盖,可以将叶轮连同轴一并取出。 
所述叶轮外壳外根部的轴上设有小型风扇,增加了轴的散热。 
所述保温层的材料为100K玻璃岩棉,厚度为140-160mm。 
有益效果:本实用新型所述的可拆卸式自保温风机,将保温层设置于风机内部,极大的方便了检修,在风机外壳后部设置后盖,可将叶轮与轴一并取出,缩短了检修周期,提高了生产效率。

1.一种可拆卸式自保温风机,包括叶轮(1),叶轮(1)外侧设有外壳(2),叶轮(1)置于轴(3)上,轴(3)与联轴器(4)相连接,联轴器(4)与电动机(5)连接,其特征在于:所述外壳(2)的内侧壁上设有一层保温层(6),外壳(2)的后部设有一块直径略大于叶轮(1)的后盖(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸式自保温风机,其特征在于:所述外壳(2)外侧根部的轴(3)上设有小型风扇(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可拆卸式自保温风机,其特征在于:所述保温层(6)的材料为100K玻璃岩棉,厚度为140-160mm。
