技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种包装膜,具体地说是一种高透明表印耐磨抗紫外热收收缩膜。
背景技术
现有用于包装的透明热收缩膜,通常在膜的内表面印相关的图案。但这种印在膜内表面的油墨图案层,不但清晰度低,而且容易发生因油墨融化或与包装物的磨擦,使图案变模糊或变形。此外,油墨图案层也容易因光照而出现褪色。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高透明表印耐磨抗紫外热收收缩膜。
本实用新型要解决的是现有包装用透明热收缩膜其内表面的油墨图案清晰度低、图案易变模糊或变形或褪色的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:它包括透明膜,在透明膜的表面有印刷层,印刷层外设有透明保护层;所述的透明膜包括三层PE层,所述的保护层为耐磨剂层或抗紫外剂层或光油层。
本实用新型由于印刷层印在透明膜的外表面且涂有保护层,所以具有图案清晰度高,耐磨擦防止图案变模糊和抗紫外线防止图案褪色的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图所示,本实用新型包括透明膜,在透明膜的表面有印刷层2,印刷层2外设有透明保护层1。该印刷层2为油墨层。
所述的透明膜包括三层PE层,分别为PE层3、PE层4和 PE层5。所述的PE层均为共挤的茂金属PE层。
所述的保护层1为耐磨剂层或抗紫外剂层或光油层。

1.一种高透明表印耐磨抗紫外热收缩膜,包括透明膜,其特征在于在透明膜的表面有印刷层透明膜,其特征在于在透明膜的表面有印刷层,印刷层外设有透明保护层;所述的透明膜包括三层PE层,所述的保护层为耐磨剂层或抗紫外剂层或光油层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高透明表印耐磨抗紫外热收缩膜,其特征在于三层PE层为共挤的三层茂金属PE层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高透明表印耐磨抗紫外热收缩膜,其特征在于印刷层为油墨层。
