技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种医疗器械，尤其是一种多功能腹腔穿刺留置引流装置。
背景技术
腹腔穿刺术是临床上常见的操作之一。对各种原因引起的顽固性腹水和癌性腹水，在药物治疗效果不佳时，常以放腹水、腹水浓缩环注回输、腹腔注射、腹腔冲洗等方法协助治疗。以减轻患者痛苦,提高生活质量。但传统的腹腔穿刺存在很多不足：穿刺针前端为钢针，后端是橡皮管与注射器相连接而进行一管一管抽吸，费时费力；穿刺针为锐利的钢针，不易固定且易刺伤脏器，引起并发症；腹壁脂肪厚和腹水量不多的患者常因针头过短而导致抽液失败或不彻底；腹水粘稠为脓性，乳糜性或蛋白含量高、血块或坏死组织脱落等均可导致穿刺针堵塞；穿刺针不能留置，对顽固性腹水和癌性腹水患者需要反复穿刺抽吸，增加患者的痛苦，也增加了感染的机会。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种多功能腹腔穿刺留置引流装置，能够集排液、引流、注药、冲洗、回输、留置为一体，减轻顽固性腹水患者反复穿刺抽液的痛苦。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案如下：多功能腹腔穿刺留置引流装置，其特征在于：它包括留置针和引流装置，所述引流装置包括引流管、储液袋、排液开关，储液袋的一端设有进液口，另一端设有排液口，排液口上设有排液管，排液开关卡在排液管上，引流管的一端与储液袋的进液口连接，另一端与留置针连接，引流管上设有流量调节器。
对上述技术方案的改进：所述留置针包括套管、针芯，套管的前端管壁上设有多个侧孔，套管的尾端设有针座，针芯设在套管的内部，针芯顶端的针柄卡在针座上，针座的侧边设有与套管相连的延长管，延长管上设有止水夹，延长管的顶部设有肝素帽，套管的长度为9cm-11cm。

使用本实用新型所述的多功能腹腔穿刺留置引流装置，引流通畅，构造简单、使用方便、省时省力；计量准确，流速可控，减少并发症；多孔针与引流管可分离且能留置，用途广泛；能定期、定量引流腹水，实现引流、注药、冲洗、回输、为一体的综合治疗，操作使用方便，安全、有效,为顽固性腹水和癌腹水患者接受，提高了他们的生存质量。穿刺针针头为钝性，材料柔韧性好，避免传统金属针头穿刺易误伤腹腔脏器；针体较长且管径较粗，靠近针头端附有多个侧孔，引流通畅彻底。减少并发症；能较长时间保留，避免反复多次穿刺给患者造成痛苦；能定期、定量引流腹水，实现引流、注药、冲洗、回输、为一体的综合治疗，操作使用方便，安全、有效,为顽固性腹水和癌腹水患者接受，提高了他们的生存质量；多功能腹腔留置针可同时应用于诊断和治疗 。随时留取腹水标本，协助诊断，可随时向腹腔内注射药物，达到治疗疾病的目的；操作简单、创伤小、使用方便，安全高效、节省人力、应用范围广泛，值得临床推广使用。

如图1所示的本实用新型多功能腹腔穿刺留置引流装置，它包括留置针1和引流装置2，所述引流装置2包括引流管3、储液袋5、排液开关6，储液袋5的一端设有进液口，另一端设有排液口，排液口上设有排液管7，排液开关6卡在排液管7上，引流管3的一端与储液袋5的进液口连接，另一端与留置针1连接，引流管3上设有流量调节器4；储液袋5的袋体上设有刻度，储液袋5在设有进液口的一端设有挂环9。所述留置针1包括套管10、针芯11，套管10的前端管壁上设有多个侧孔，套管10的尾端设有针座12，针芯11设在套管10的内部，针芯11顶端的针柄13卡在针座12上班，针座12的侧边设有与套管连接的延长管14，延长管14上设有止水夹15，延长管14的顶部设有肝素帽8。
