现有折叠椅大都采用坐垫与前支脚中部穿接的转轴的结构，使得该转轴需要承受较大的压力，容易受损变形，影响折叠椅的使用，而且该方式组装比较复杂，因此成本比较高。

本实用新型的目的在于，克服现有技术的上述缺陷，提供一种构思新颖，结构简单，使用方便的铰链式折叠椅。
为实现所述目的，本实用新型提供的技术方案如下：构造一种铰链式折叠椅，包括两前支脚，两后支脚，两前支脚之间设有前支撑杆，两后支脚之间设有后连杆与后支撑杆，所述前支撑杆与后支撑杆上设有坐垫，所述坐垫底端与前支撑杆、后支撑杆通过铰链装置转接。
所述铰链装置包括与前支撑杆内侧面紧密螺接的前铰链，固定在坐垫底端的中铰链，与后支撑杆内侧紧密连接的后铰链。
所述两前支脚上部呈弯曲状，所述两后支脚顶端设置在该弯曲处底部，所述两后支脚顶上端内侧与所述前支脚弯曲处内侧通过活动铰链转接。
所述两前支脚的上部向上延伸成靠背杆，所述两靠背杆之间紧密连接有靠背板。
本实用新型的有益之处在于，构思新颖，组装方便，使用寿命长能降低人工成本，提高生产效率。

参阅图1～图2所示的铰链式折叠椅较佳实施例，包括前支脚1、2，后支脚3、4，前支脚1、2之间设有前支撑杆14，后支脚3、4之间设有后连杆32与后支撑杆34，所述前支撑杆14与后支撑杆34上设有坐垫5，所述坐垫5底端与前支撑杆14、后支撑杆34通过铰链装置6转接。
所述铰链装置6包括与前支撑杆14内侧面紧密螺接的前铰链62，固定在坐垫5底端的中铰链64，与后支撑杆34内侧紧密连接的后铰链66。
所述前支脚1、2上部呈弯曲状，所述后支脚3、4顶端设置在该弯曲处底部，所述后支脚3、4上端内侧与所述前支脚1、2弯曲处内侧通过活动铰链16转接。
所述前支脚1、2的上部向上延伸成靠背杆18、28，所述两靠背杆18、28之间紧密连接有靠背板7。
