本实用新型公开了一种防晒光能帽，其由一帽体与一帽檐组成，该帽檐设于帽体的前方或周缘与一布缘边框相衔接定型，帽檐由聚脂纤维尼龙及弹性纱为组织材料聚合物的机能布料织物，以无毒荧光涂色技术所成型出一具有弹度、疏密度及吸旋光性能力均佳且兼备轻薄、透气与柔软特色的透光性布层，使该透光性布层可形成不同光能颜色的遮面，使用者配戴帽体以帽檐的遮面抵御阳光时，通过透光性布层是为吸光特色的机能布料得有效将太阳光中的紫外线转换成对脸部肌肤有益的色光，使依据不同光能颜色的遮面将不同能量波长传递至肌肤上，而能同时达到脸部遮阳、防晒与改善脸部皮肤问题的功效。本实用新型产品可广泛适用于各种需要使用防晒光能帽的场合。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种帽子，尤其涉及一种具有防晒作用的光能帽。
背景技术
一般遮阳帽的主要功能是用以遮挡阳光，为最普遍使用的防晒手段，然传统遮阳帽的帽檐仅得以用来遮蔽紫外线以避免脸部直接曝晒于阳光下，却无法改善紫外线的有害光对皮肤造成的伤害，尤其对于从事户外运动者或工作者而言，往往可能因过分曝晒日光下，而诱发黑色素沈淀使脸部皮肤变色或引起黑斑、雀斑等症状的恶化，因此，接触过量的紫外线不仅会加速脸部皮肤老化外，严重者甚至引发皮肤癌的潜藏危机。
同时，传统帽体的帽舌往往设为固定状硬件定型的帽檐结构，故帽檐的造型较为硬式呆板且遮阳面不具透气，使配戴时脸部易有闷热感而较不舒适。
有鉴于此，本实用新型发明人乃积极开发研究，并为改进上述产品的不足，经过长久努力研究与实验，终于开发设计出本实用新型的防晒光能帽。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种防晒光能帽，能够解决现有技术中遮阳帽无法将转换光波、帽檐不透气的问题。
为达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种防晒光能帽，其由一帽体与一帽檐组成，该帽檐设于帽体的前方或周缘与一布缘边框相衔接定型，帽檐设置有一透光性布层。
优选地，其中布缘边框可设为具挠性材质的压板或撑条，使帽檐得因应布缘边框的挠性支撑而定型呈上仰微弯状。
采用本实用新型的技术方案后，使用者配戴该帽体以帽檐遮挡阳光时得有效将太阳光中的紫外线转换成对脸部肌肤有益的色光，使帽檐除具脸部遮阳、防晒外，更可同时作光疗作用借以改善脸部皮肤问题，进而达最佳使用的状态。

如图1所示为本实用新型的立体图，其由一帽体(10)与一帽檐(12)组成，该帽檐(12)设于帽体(10)的前方或周缘与一布缘边框(11)一体车边结合而成，其中帽檐(12)由聚脂纤维尼龙及弹性纱为组织材料聚合物的机能布料织物，以无毒荧光涂色技术所成型出一具弹度、疏密度及吸旋光性能力均佳且兼备轻薄、透气与柔软特色的透光性布层，使该透光性布层可形成不同光能颜色的遮面(13)，且布缘边框(11)设为具挠性材质的压板或撑条，使帽檐(12)的遮面(13)受挠性布缘边框(11)的支撑定型呈上仰微弯状而得以弹性拉伸其透光性布层。
其要使用时，当使用者穿戴该帽体(10)以遮挡阳光时，除可对使用者的眼部及脸部免受有害光的完全隔离排除外，更利用帽檐(12)的透光性布层设为具吸光特色的机能布料得有效将太阳光中的紫外线转换成对脸部肌肤有益的色光，使依据不同光能颜色的遮面(13)将不同能量波长传递至脸部肌肤上，而能 达到易于进行脸部遮阳防晒与改善脸部青春痘、面疤等皮肤损伤问题的绝佳功效，同时利用帽檐(12)的透光性布层具有弹度、轻薄及透气与柔软的特色，使穿配戴上更为舒适性及流通性而不致感到脸部闷热难耐，进而得最佳使用的状态。
其中帽檐(12)可因应各式活动设于各式帽体的前侧或周缘，如棒球帽(10A，如图3所示)、圆筒帽(10B，如图4所示)等各种造型帽檐(12)的帽式型态，以达提升市场的竞争力。
以上所述，仅为本实用新型的具体实施方式，但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此，任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本实用新型所揭露的技术范围内，可轻易想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。因此，本实用新型的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种防晒光能帽，其由一帽体与一帽檐组成，该帽檐设于帽体的前方或周缘与一布缘边框相衔接定型，其特征在于：
帽檐设置有一透光性布层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防晒光能帽，其特征在于：其中布缘边框可设为具挠性材质的压板或撑条，使帽檐得因应布缘边框的挠性支撑而定型呈上仰微弯状。
