背景技术:
通常是由几根或几组导线每组至少两根绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层。电线电缆主要包括裸线、电磁线及电机电器用绝缘电线、电力电缆、通信电缆与光缆。 
本实用新型适用于35kv及以下电力输配电系统中,供输配电能之用,广泛用于电力、建筑、工矿、石油化工、交通等部门,已完全代替了传统的聚氯乙烯绝缘电力电缆。采用导体屏蔽层、绝缘屏蔽层、金属屏蔽层多层屏蔽结构,相比先前的聚氯乙烯电力电缆有效地增强了电力电缆的屏蔽性能。

一种交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆,包括数根导体、导体屏蔽层,所述的数根导体均由多股细绞或精绞成束的细铜丝组成,其特征在于:所述的数根导体外依次包裹有导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层,所述的数根导体的绝缘屏蔽层外侧依次包裹有金属屏蔽层、内衬层、铠装层、外护层,所述的数根导体的绝缘屏蔽层外侧、金属屏蔽层的内侧设有填充物。 
所述的交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘层材料采用交联聚乙烯,所述的铠装层采用钢丝编织构成,所述的外护层采用聚乙烯或聚氯乙烯。

一种交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆,包括数根导体1、导体屏蔽层2,数根导体1均由多股细绞或精绞成束的细铜丝组成,数根导体1外依次包裹有导体屏蔽层2、绝缘层3、绝缘屏蔽层4,数根导体1的绝缘屏蔽层4外侧依次包裹有金属屏蔽层5、内衬层6、铠装层7、外护层8,数根导体1的绝缘屏蔽层4外侧、金属屏蔽层5的内侧设有填充物9,绝缘层3材料采用交联聚乙烯,铠装层7采用钢丝编织构成,外护层8采用聚乙烯或聚氯乙烯。

1.一种交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆,包括数根导体、导体屏蔽层,所述的数根导体均由多股细绞或精绞成束的细铜丝组成,其特征在于:所述的数根导体外依次包裹有导体屏蔽层、绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层,所述的数根导体的绝缘屏蔽层外侧依次包裹有金属屏蔽层、内衬层、铠装层、外护层,所述的数根导体的绝缘屏蔽层外侧、金属屏蔽层的内侧设有填充物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘层材料采用交联聚乙烯,所述的铠装层采用钢丝编织构成,所述的外护层采用聚乙烯或聚氯乙烯。
