背景技术
目前,CRT显示器在研发阶段为了检查CRT显示器后座板承受聚焦线放电的破坏能力,最常用的方法是直接将聚焦线的电压引到后座板部位,这种方式对研发人员非常危险,常常发生人触电的现象。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,而提供一种能够安全检测CRT显示器承受聚焦线放电破坏能力的CRT显示器聚焦线放电夹具。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种CRT显示器聚焦线放电夹具,其特征在于:主要由绝缘手柄和电容器构成,所述电容器置于绝缘手柄中,电容器的引线置于绝缘手柄外。
有益效果:利用电容器充放电的原理,将CRT显示器聚焦线上的电压储存到电容器中,再将电容器储存的电压释放到CRT显示器后座板上,避免了用手直接接触聚焦线,减少了触点现象的发生,保证了研发人员的人身安全。

下面结合附图及较佳实施例详细说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。如图所示,一种CRT显示器聚焦线放电夹具,主要由绝缘手柄1和电容器2构成,电容器选用103PF的电容,所述电容器置于绝缘手柄中,电容器优选放置在绝缘手柄的前端,绝缘手柄放置电容器的凹槽4与电容器的直径相匹配,便于更换电容器,绝缘手柄外套有绝缘橡胶,电容器的引线3置于绝缘手柄外,引线不易过长,否则容易导致两个引线搭接产生打火现象。
