背景技术
减压阀是将设备内或管路中的介质压力降低到规定的压力,并且在进口压力变化、出口流量变化的情况下,仍能使出口压力维持在一定的范围内。传统弹簧薄膜式减压阀主要由阀体、阀座、阀瓣、底座和阀盖构成,阀瓣与底座之间有封闭的空腔,在调节螺丝推动阀瓣向下移动开启阀门时,空腔内空间减小,空气被压缩后压力增大,与复位弹簧共同形成对阀瓣向下运动的阻力,阀门开启操作比较困难,长期使用会造成阀门部件损坏,影响阀门使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种性能可靠、使用寿命长的弹簧薄膜式减压阀。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种弹簧薄膜式减压阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀盖、阀瓣、弹簧和顶针,其特征在于位于阀瓣与顶针之间的阀瓣组件上开有通孔,该通孔将阀出口通道与阀瓣下方的封闭空腔连通,这样,在阀瓣开启过程中,封闭空腔空间减小后,封闭空腔内没有形成压力,因此,不会对阀瓣下移形成较大的阻力,大大减小调节弹簧和膜板等部件的受力。
在阀瓣与阀座之间设置密封圈,防止介质从进口通道进入封闭空腔内。
本实用新型的特点是:阀门开启阻力小,减小部件受力,延长使用寿命,结构简单,性能可靠。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:
如图所示,弹簧薄膜式减压阀的阀体1上部连接有阀盖2,两者之间设有橡胶膜板8,阀体下部连接有阀座3,阀盖的顶部设有伸入至阀盖内的调节螺丝4,阀盖内设置的弹簧5两端分别抵在上下定位垫6、7上,下定位垫的下方设有顶针10,顶针外部连接定位盘9,在顶针与阀瓣11之间设有阀瓣组件12,阀瓣组件上开有通孔13,将阀体出口通道14与阀瓣下方的封闭空腔15连通,封闭空腔内设有复位弹簧16,阀瓣与底座之间设有密封圈17。阀门开启时,调整阀盖上的调节螺丝,弹簧压缩并推动顶针,顶针带动阀瓣克服封闭空腔内复位弹簧的弹力向下移动,打开阀门。阀瓣的下移使得封闭空腔空间减小,压缩空气通过通孔排出,腔内不会形成压力,大大减小阀瓣下移阻力。

1.一种弹簧薄膜式减压阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀盖、阀瓣、弹簧和顶针,其特征在于位于阀瓣与顶针之间的阀瓣组件上开有通孔,该通孔将阀出口通道与阀瓣下方的封闭空腔连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹簧薄膜式减压阀,其特征在于在阀瓣与阀座之间设置密封圈。
