本实用新型公开了一种仪器USB插座固定装置，属于仪器端板USB插座的固定，在外壳端板(1)上有孔(8)及螺栓孔(2)，在线路板(4)上有孔(6)和孔(5)，绝缘橡胶圈(9)先套USB插座(7)上，USB插座(7)由外壳端板(1)的孔(8)穿人，经线路板孔(5)，并与线路板(4)在(10)处连接。外壳端板(1)和线路板(4)用螺栓(3)穿过外壳端板螺孔(2)及线路板螺孔(6)连接。本实用新型使用的USB插座，克服了粘结强度差缺点，解决了USB插座和金属板绝缘的问题，机械强度高、美观大方。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及仪器USB插座的固定，特别是一种仪器USB插座的固定装置。 
背景技术
现行USB插座垂直安装在仪器金属外壳上存在以下缺点： 
1、USB插座外部光滑，且成长方形，无法与仪器金属外壳板垂直固定。 
2、如采用金属外壳开孔，USB插座插入孔中，并采用环氧树脂等粘结剂将USB插座与仪器金属外壳板粘结，会造成机械强度不够、施工困难。     
3、由于粘结剂不可能很厚，因此USB插座与金属外壳之间的绝缘无法保证，而两者的绝缘往往是技术上必须的。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种仪器USB插座固定装置，利用该装置，能解决金属外壳板上安装USB插座的缺点，使用方便，机械强度高，而且又能确保USB外壳与仪器金属外壳的绝缘，美观大方。 
本实用新型的构成：由金属外壳端板、螺栓、线路板、USB插座、绝缘橡胶圈组成，在外壳端板1上有孔8及螺栓孔2，在线路板4上有孔6和孔5，绝缘橡胶圈9先套入USB插座7上，USB插座7由外壳端板1的孔8穿人，经线路板孔5，并与线路板4在10处连接。外壳端板1和线路板4用螺栓3穿过外壳端板螺孔2及线路板螺孔6连接。USB插座7的中心线与外壳端板1的平面垂直，USB插座7端口平面与外壳端板1的外平面重合，USB插座7的中心线与外壳端板1上的孔8的中心线及线路板4上的孔6的中心线三者重合。 
与现有技术相比，本实用新型可以在金属外壳端板上垂直固定USB插座，克服了粘结强度差缺点，解决了USB插座和金属板绝缘的问题，机械强度高、寿命长、美观大方。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5所示，在外壳端板上有孔8及螺栓孔2，在线路板上有孔5及孔6，外壳端板1和线路板4用螺栓3穿过外壳端板1的螺孔2及线路板4的螺孔6连接，绝缘橡胶圈9套于USB插座7的前端，USB插座7由外壳端板1的孔8穿人，USB插座8与线路板4连接。USB插座7的中心线与外壳端板1的平面垂直，USB插座7端口平面与外壳端板1的外平面重合。

1.一种仪器USB插座固定装置，由外壳端板、螺栓、线路板、USB插座、绝缘橡胶圈组成，其特征在于：外壳端板(1)上有外壳端板孔(8)及外壳端板螺栓孔(2)，在线路板(4)上有线路板孔二(6)及线路板孔一(5)，USB插座(7)前端套绝缘橡胶圈(9)，外壳端板(1)和线路板(4)用螺栓(3)通过外壳端板螺栓孔(2)及线路板孔二(6)连接，USB插座(7)与线路板(4)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的仪器USB插座固定装置，其特征在于：外壳端板(1)上外壳端板孔(8)与线路板孔一(5)的中心线重合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的仪器USB插座固定装置，其特征在于：USB插座(7)的端口平面与外壳端板(1)的外侧平面重合。
