本实用新型涉及一种环标签,属于包装材料技术领域。其特征在于:它是以纸层(3)为基础层,在所述纸层(3)上表面设置油墨印刷层(2),在所述油墨印刷层(2)外设置光油层(1),在所述纸层(3)的下表面设置热熔胶层(4)。本实用新型采用纸层为基础,挺度好,也以提高杯体的挺度,上表面油墨印刷层和光油层可以增加其美观性,下表面热熔胶层便于与杯体贴合。

本实用新型涉及一种环标签,主要用于酸奶杯等塑杯体圆周包装标识。属于包装材料技术领域。
背景技术
酸奶杯等塑杯体最初为光杯,其杯体圆周不贴环标,所有标识信息均印制与杯盖上,美观效果差,后来采用热收缩膜来作为环标,提高了美观性。但是随着竞争的激烈,各个生产厂家均在节能降耗方面进行研究,以减低生产成本,增加企业的竞争优势,对杯体片材的使用越来越薄,普通塑杯使用PS片材,厚度在1.2mm左右,冲压成型后杯体壁厚在0.8mm~0.5mm,而如果降低塑杯片材厚度,冲压成型后杯体壁厚太薄,挺度降低,而热收缩膜的挺度差,使得杯体厚度减薄受到限制。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种可增加杯体挺度、美观的环标签。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种环标签,它是以纸层为基础层,在所述纸层上表面设置油墨印刷层,在所述油墨印刷层外设置光油层,在所述纸层的下表面设置热熔胶层。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:
采用纸层为基础,挺度好,也以提高杯体的挺度,上表面油墨印刷层和光油层可以增加其美观性,下表面热熔胶层便于与杯体贴合。
采用本实用新型环标签的塑杯片材厚度可以降低到0.8mm以下,冲压成型后杯体壁厚可以达到0.12mm,可以节省40%以上的片材成本,同时可以提高包装速度。

参见图1,本实用新型涉及的一种环标签,它是以纸层3为基础层,在所述纸层3上表面设置油墨印刷层2,在所述油墨印刷层2外设置光油层1,光油层1可保护油墨印刷层2不易褪色、划伤、损坏;在所述纸层3的下表面设置热熔胶层4,便于粘贴在塑杯杯体的周边,不易脱落。
