本实用新型涉及灯具,尤其涉及一种LED射灯。
背景技术
现有的LED射灯通常将调焦的灯头设为可动型的,以能够调整光束角的大小。但是,这种可动型的调焦灯头结构较为复杂,而且易损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种结构简单的LED轨道射灯。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种LED射灯,包括电器盒、灯杯、旋转支架、光学透镜、LED光源,旋转支架一端设于电器盒内,另一端固定有灯杯,LED光源及光学透镜设于灯杯内,且光学透镜与灯杯之间设有弹簧,还包括一调焦环,该调焦环设有外螺纹,灯杯端口内缘设有内螺纹,所述外螺纹与内螺纹相匹配。
优选地,所述LED光源为大功率LED。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本实用新型采用调焦环旋拧调节焦距,结构简单,不易损坏,制造成本低。此灯在调整光束角时,灯体的外形尺寸不会有任何变化。

参见图1-2所示,本实用新型LED射灯,包括电器盒1、灯杯2、旋转支架3、光学透镜4、LED光源5,旋转支架3一端设于电器盒1内,另一端固定有灯杯2,LED光源5及光学透镜4设于灯杯2内,且光学透镜4与灯杯2之间设有弹簧,本实用新型还包括一调焦环6,该调焦环设有外螺纹,灯杯2端口内缘设有内螺纹,所述外螺纹与内螺纹相匹配,以使调焦环6与灯杯相结合。
作为本实用新型的优选实施方式,所述LED光源5为大功率LED。

1.一种LED射灯,包括电器盒、灯杯、旋转支架、光学透镜、LED光源,旋转支架一端设于电器盒内,另一端固定有灯杯,LED光源及光学透镜设于灯杯内,且光学透镜与灯杯之间设有弹簧,其特征在于,还包括一调焦环,该调焦环设有外螺纹,灯杯端口内缘设有内螺纹,所述外螺纹与内螺纹相匹配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED射灯,其特征在于,所述LED光源为大功率LED。
