背景技术
目前,公知的应用在空心楼盖技术中的筒模主要有水泥材质、高分子材质以及聚苯材料生产的。其缺点如下:水泥材质的易碎且不便于运输,施工过程中导致砼的大量灌入,影响结构安全;高分子材料的强度偏低,施工过程中易变形,使其受力与设计不符;聚苯材料的在施工过程中包裹材料易破裂,使砼快速脱水,导致砼强度降低,影响结构安全。

为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷本实用新型一种应用在空心楼盖中的筒模,包括上盖模和底座模两部分,所述的上盖模和底座模四周沿接触部分涂通过粘合剂粘接,并加固自攻螺丝钉,形成一个正八边形的筒模。 
所述上盖模和底座模采用聚烯烃、粉煤灰玻璃微珠母料和有机填料加工而成,所有原料为生产和生活产生的废旧塑料、工业废渣以及农作物桔杆。 
由于采用上述的技术方案,本实用新型具有以下的有益效果:该产品有效地提高结构的抗渗、防水性能。具有“低 碳、环保、节能”的重要优点。

如图1所示,本实用新型一种应用在空心楼盖技术中的筒模,包括上盖模1和底座模2两部分,所述的上盖模1和底座模2均由聚烯烃、粉煤灰玻璃微珠母料和有机填料经过改性综合生产加工而成,所有原料为生产和生活产生的废旧塑料、工业废渣、以及农作物桔杆,将上盖模1和底座模2置放于屋面钢筋之上,在上盖模1和底座模2四周沿接触部分涂专用粘合剂,并加固自攻螺丝钉,形成一个正八边形的筒模,浇制混凝土后形成空心楼盖。
