背景技术
建筑领域用于外墙保温普遍采用珍珠岩保温板材,具有保温性能好、阻火防燃的优点,但当建筑物因室内外温差的影响及建筑物本身沉降时,易使珍珠岩保温板材出现断裂和缝隙,并且在施工中存在制造成本高、自体重量大、缺乏弹性及施工费时费力的缺陷。如果使用重量轻、易于施工的发泡塑料保温板材,又存在易造成环境污染、不阻火防燃的问题。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种建筑用保温布材,它采用无纺布作为基材,在无纺布上通过粘接点粘附有弯曲形圆柱状树脂条与玻璃纤维网格布结合使用,当建筑物因室内外温差的影响及建筑物本身沉降时不会出现断裂和缝隙,并具有板材制造成本低、施工方便、保温性能好及结构简洁的特点。 
本实用新型为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:一种建筑用保温布材,它有无纺布和圆柱状树脂条,无纺布为基材,在无纺布上均匀设有多条圆柱状树脂条,圆柱状树脂条上设有粘结点,树脂粘结点通过热熔粘附在无纺布上,圆柱状树脂条为弯曲形状粘附在无纺布上。圆柱状树脂条与树脂粘结点为一体,树脂粘结点为圆形或其它形状。 
本实用新型由于采用无纺布作为基材,在无纺布上通过粘接点粘附有弯曲形圆柱状树脂条,与玻璃纤维网格布结合使用,使建筑物由于室内外温差的影响及建筑物本身沉降时不会出现断裂和缝隙,并具有板材制造成本低、施工方便、保温性能好及结构简洁的优点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的一种建筑用保温布材,它有无纺布1和圆柱状树脂条2,其特征在于:无纺布1为基材,在无纺布1上均匀设有多条圆柱状树脂条2,圆柱状树脂条2上设有粘结点3,树脂粘结点3通过热熔粘附在无纺布1上,圆柱状树脂条2为弯曲形状粘附在无纺布1上。圆柱状树脂条2与树脂粘结点3为一体,树脂粘结点3为圆形或其它形状。当对建筑外墙保温施工时,先将带有圆柱状树脂条2的本实用新型粘附在贴挂外墙的保温板上,使无纺布1上的圆柱状树脂条2与保温板紧密粘合,再贴挂玻璃纤维网格布,使保温板与无纺布1之间形成空气腔,空气腔与外界空气不产生对流,形成保温效果。本实用新型未详述内容为公知技术。

1.一种建筑用保温布材,它有无纺布(1)和圆柱状树脂条(2),其特征在于:无纺布(1)为基材,在无纺布(1)上均匀设有多条圆柱状树脂条(2),圆柱状树脂条(2)上设有粘结点(3),树脂粘结点(3)通过热熔粘附在无纺布(1)上,圆柱状树脂条(2)为弯曲形状粘附在无纺布(1)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用保温布材,其特征在于:圆柱状树脂条(2)与树脂粘结点(3)为一体,树脂粘结点(3)为圆形或其它形状。
