本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：由方向杆和鼓风机组成的能吹风的方向盘，其特征是：在方向盘的方向杆内部设置一微型鼓风机，方向杆顶部设置有吹风口，使用时开动鼓风机就可达到吹风的目的。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单、使用方便、散热效果好。
