实用新型目的：本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足，提供一种减少产品生产周期，且使操作简便的多功能灭菌加营养反应舱。
技术方案：本实用新型所述的多功能灭菌加营养反应舱，其目的是这样实现的：一种多功能灭菌加营养反应舱，包括反应釜、各种灭菌系统和废液收集罐，反应釜通过接管与各种灭菌系统相连通，反应釜内设有紫外线装置和辐射源装置，反应釜还通过接管连接废液收集罐。
所述各种灭菌系统出口接管上设有独立的阀门，反应釜入口接管上设有总阀门。
所述各种灭菌系统包括臭氧发生系统、高热供气系统、增压泵式高压施药系统、抽真空系统和其它灭菌加营养系统。
所述反应釜内还设有输送装置。
所述输送装置为可伸缩导轨。
所述输送装置为安装在反应釜上部的悬挂输送装置和反应釜底部的输送导带装置。

1.一种多功能灭菌加营养反应舱，其特征在于：包括反应釜(1)、各种灭菌系统(2)和废液收集罐(3)，所述反应釜(1)通过接管(4)与各种灭菌系统(2)相连通，所述反应釜(1)内设有紫外线装置(5)和辐射源装置(6)，所述反应釜(1)还通过接管(4)连接废液收集罐(3)。

5.如权利要求4所述的多功能灭菌加营养反应舱，其特征在于：所述输送装置为可伸缩导轨(9)。
6.如权利要求4所述的多功能灭菌加营养反应舱，其特征在于：所述输送装置为安装在反应釜(1)上部的悬挂输送装置(10)和反应釜(1)底部的输送导带装置(11)。
