技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种油浸式变压器的器身垫块。 
背景技术
传统油浸式变压器的器身垫块是采用层压木块与撑条粘合而成,器身垫块主要用于保证夹件与线圈端部的绝缘距离,同时对线圈起到加紧和固定作用。虽然传统的器身垫块结构下能够满足上述要求,但是采用传统的加工方式会造成加工成本的浪费,如果层压木块与撑条粘合不牢固还会造成撑条倾斜甚至掉落的后果。 
发明内容
发明目的:本实用新型的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种整体性强、加工成本低的油浸式变压器的器身垫块。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用了如下的技术方案: 
一种油浸式变压器的器身垫块,包括层压木块,所述层压木块的上表面设有若干相互平行的通槽。 
其中,所述通槽截面为矩形。 
与传统油浸式变压器的器身垫块相比,本实用新型具有下列优点: 
1)垫块为整体式结构,强度进一步加强; 
2)减少了撑条的加工工序,提高了生产效率,降低了加工成本; 
3)在装配过程中去除了撑条倾斜与掉落的危险; 
4)可以对线圈油道端部起到更好的保护。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本实用新型做更进一步的解释。 
如图1和2所示,传统油浸式变压器的器身垫块包括层压木块10和六根撑条3,层压木块10和撑条3通过粘接固定,撑条3之间相互平行。这种器身垫块的生产效率低,且撑条3的加工成本较高。如果层压木块10与撑条3粘合不牢固还会造成撑条3倾斜甚至掉落的后果。 
如图3和4所示,本实用新型的油浸式变压器器身垫块,包括层压木块1,层压木块1的厚度为传统的层压木块10与撑条3厚度之和。所述层压木块1的上表面开设四条相互平行的通槽2,通槽2的截面为矩形,通槽2的深度与传统器身垫块的撑条3的厚度一致,通槽2的宽度与传统器身垫块的相邻两个撑条3的间距一致。 
器身垫块放于夹件与线圈端部之间,主要是保证夹件与线圈端部的绝缘距离,同时对线圈起到加紧和固定的作用。在进行器身装配时,通槽2面朝线圈端部,使线圈油道内的油流可以经过垫块上的通槽2正常流动。 
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。
