技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种高效散热装置,尤其是能低温散热和自动电辅助加热的水电互补暖气片。
背景技术
目前,公知的暖气片是由铸铁、钢管、铝合金片等几种材料做成,这几种暖气片不但散热效果不好,而且都要求管道里面的水温不能低于60度,否则散不出热量,而且这几种暖气片是自然辐射,热量很难散出。高温造成管路热损失相当大,浪费严重。而且这几种暖气片只能通水散热,当水温低的时候就无法散热。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的在于解决现有技术的暖气片散热效果不好,没水时无法散热等问题,提供一种不仅能很好的高温散热,而且当水温低于30度时能够自动启动电加热,水电互补,热量充分散出的水电互补暖气片。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种水电互补暖气片,包括暖气片本体,表冷器,所述的暖气片本体内设置有导热管,导热管外部设置有导热片,暖气片本体外壳的顶部安装有控制器,暖气片本体的底部设有离心风机,暖气片本体的出风口处安装有电热管;所述的表冷器固定在暖气片本体的外壳上,其进风口与离心风机的出风口连接,出风口与电热管的进风口连接。
采用上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是,可以在同样水温的情况下能够散出更多的热量,在水温低的情况下可以启动电辅助加热,使供暖系统低温运行,水电互补,热量充分散出,节约能源,减少热损失,降低浪费。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述。
本实施例是一种水电互补暖气片,其结构见图1,图2,暖气片本体由外壳、导热管、翅片等组成。外壳1是塑料外壳,暖气片本体内安装导热管,导热管外部固定安装导热片,外壳1的顶部安装有控制器6,暖气片本体的底部设有离心风机4,暖气片本体的出风口处安装有电热管5。表冷器7固定在暖气片本体的外壳1上,其进风口与离心风机4的出风口连接,出风口与铝翅片电热管5的进风口连接。
本实施例中
见图1,暖气片本体内设置的导热管为紫铜管2,该紫铜管2的外面的导热片是铝翅片3。
见图2,安装在暖气片本体的出风口处的电热管是铝翅片电热管5,离心风机4的出风口与表冷器7的进风口连接,铝翅片电热管5的进风口与表冷器7的出风口连接,表冷器7的出风口固定在暖气片本体外壳1的出风口处,控制器6固定在暖气片本体外壳1的顶部。
见图3,控制器主要由控制开关、温度计、离心风机4和电阻丝组成,所述的温度计与控制开关、电阻连接,控制开关与离心风机连接组成控制回路。本实用新型设置两个温度计W1,W2,两个温度计W1,W2并联连接在回路上,其中温度计W1与开关KM1的接触器串联连接,温度计W2与开关KM2的接触器串联连接。开关KM1与离心风机串联连接,与开关KM2连接,KM2与2KM的电阻丝R连接。电源总开关K连接在回路上。这种连接,使离心风机4多档控制,实现水电互补。
本实用新型的控制原理: 
当温度计W1到达设定温度时,开关KM1断开,离心风机断开。当温度计W1低于设定温度后(水温低于30度时),开关KM1吸合,离心风机4接通。当需要电加热时,将开关KM2关闭,电阻丝R供电,温度计W1到达设定温度后,开关KM1断开,离心风机4和电阻丝R停止供电。当温度计W2低于设定温度时,开关KM2吸合,电阻丝R供电。当温度计W2高于设定温度时,开关KM2断开,电阻丝R断电。
暖气片的本体内安装的多条导热系数高的紫铜管2,、紫铜管2外面安装的高效散热的铝翅片3,保证热量充分散出。安装在暖气片本体底部的离心风机4,使空气强制流通,热量充分的散出,暖气片本体的出风口处安装了铝翅片电热管5,当水温低时可自动启动。如此往复循环水电互补,热量充分散出,进而实现发明目的。

1.一种水电互补暖气片,包括暖气片本体,表冷器,其特征在于,所述的暖气片本体内设置有导热管,导热管外部设置有导热片,暖气片本体外壳的顶部安装有控制器,暖气片本体的底部设有离心风机,暖气片本体的出风口处安装有电热管;所述的表冷器固定在暖气片本体的外壳上,其进风口与离心风机的出风口连接,出风口与电热管的进风口连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水电互补暖气片,其特征在于,所述的暖气片本体内设置的导热管为紫铜管,该紫铜管的外面的导热片是铝翅片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水电互补暖气片,其特征在于,所述的控制器主要由控制开关、温度计组成,温度计与控制开关连接,控制开关与离心风机连接组成控制回路。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水电互补暖气片,其特征在于,所述的电热管是铝翅片电热管。
