背景技术
现有工程的风道的横截面为矩形,由于矩形风道的壁板不但需要承受压力,还需承受弯矩,其承压能力不强,需要在矩形风道内设有内撑杆,用以提高壁板的强度,采用矩形结构,风道的用材量较大,不利于节省成本。且矩形风道的阻力较大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种圆筒形风道。
本实用新型的目的由如下技术方案实施,一种圆筒形风道,其主体为圆筒形壁板,所述圆筒形壁板外壁上沿所述圆筒形壁板的外圆周固定连接有环形加固筋。
本实用新型的优点在于,风道采用圆筒形结构,在承压情况下,圆筒形壁板只承受压力而不承受弯矩,提高了风道的承压能力;其次,由于不需要承受弯矩,所以可以省去原有的内撑杆;再次,由于圆筒形壁板的横截面为圆环形,在具有相同流通面积的情况下,圆筒形壁板用材料可以节省12%以上。
