本实用新型为一种旋切铡切一体无卡机。该实用新型属木材加工机械技术范围,解决了目前无卡机结构过于复杂,造成单机成本昂贵,操作复杂的问题。本实用新型是在现有旋切铡切一体无卡机的基础上改进实现的。使其结构更加简单,实用。只使用旋切主电机的动力完成旋切,铡切与输出的全过程。具体方法为:在旋切单花辊的一端安装带有离合器的链轮1与铡板中轴一端上安装的链轮2通过链条连接。当离合器闭合时,驱动铡刀完成铡切过程。在铡板上的链轮2旁边安装的齿轮3与安装在传送带主动轴一端的齿轮4对扣,从而驱动传送带完成输出过程。本实用新型结构简单,合理,实用,是一种理想的木材加工机械。

背景技术
现有技术中,旋切铡板一体无卡机是由旋切系统,铡板系统,传输系统简单组合而成。其旋切系统是由旋切电机驱动原木完成旋切过程;铡板系统是由带减速机的电机驱动铡刀完成铡切过程;传输系统也是由另一台带减速机的电机驱动传送带完成输出过程。其结构过于复杂,造成单机成本昂贵,操作复杂。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是使其结构更加简单,实用。只用旋切主电机的动力完成旋切,铡切与输出的全过程。 
本实用新型是在现有旋切铡切一体无卡机的基础上改进实现的。它把原有的旋切,铡切,传输三个分系统进行了有机的整合。把原有复杂多余的铡切电机和传输电机及其附属装置去掉,只用旋切电机的动力去完成旋切,铡切及输出的全过程。其要点在于在旋切单花辊的一端安装一个带有离合器的链轮与铡刀主轴上的链轮连接,并且一在铡板中轴一端安装一个齿轮与传送带的一端安装的齿轮对扣。当单花辊上的离合器闭合时,驱动铡刀及传送带完成铡切与输出的全过程。这样使单机结构更加简单,更易操作。

具体实施方式
具体方法为:在旋切驱动单花辊的一端安装的带有离合器的链轮1-1与铡板中轴一端上安装的链轮1-2通过链条连接,当离合器闭合时,驱动铡刀完成铡切过程。在铡板中轴链轮1-2的旁边安装的齿轮1-3与安装在传送带主动轴一端的齿轮1-4对扣,从而驱动传送带完成输出过程。
