背景技术
污水处理微滤膜管在安装到膜容器中时,需要进行轴向的压紧固定。但膜元件的结构尺寸存在一定的公差,同时膜元件的工况条件不允许被刚性压紧固定。这就对压紧固定装置的适应性和缓冲性提出了要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对以上技术问题提供一种结构简单,无精密复杂的机械加工要求,易于膜组件组装的微滤膜自适应压紧器
本使用新型的具体技术方案如下:
微滤膜自适应压紧器,由三角支架、轴向支撑杆、O形圈、气室套筒组成,其特征在于:三角支架与轴向支撑杆连接,轴向支撑杆通过套在轴向支撑杆的O形圈与气室套筒紧密连接。
微滤膜自适应压紧器,采用空气弹簧的原理,既保证了膜元件的轴向压紧固定,还具备一定的弹性缓冲作用。同时结构简单,无精密复杂的机械加工要求,易于膜组件的组装。本实用新型的技术特点在于:自适应性,利用空气弹簧的原理,无需精密复杂机械结构,同时满足了轴向压紧和弹性缓冲;耐腐蚀性。全塑料材质的构件,具备良好的耐酸性、耐碱性和耐盐腐蚀性;一致性。注塑成型构件的机械尺寸的一致性,使产品组装和维护更换得到了充分的保证。
