背景技术
日常生活中，当杯子里的水或饮料变凉时，需要再一次加热，往往需要耗费电，刚加热完的饮料又太烫，要等一段时间，凉一点才能喝，饮用非常不方便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、成本低廉、使用方便的饮料变温杯，可以将变凉的饮料加热，或将太烫的饮料冰一下。
本实用新型为解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
本实用新型所述的一种饮料变温杯包括杯体和杯盖，其特征是：杯体套装在杯架中，所述杯架为夹层结构，杯架的上端设置有上盖，杯架的下端带有底托，所述上盖的中心设置有通孔，杯体安装在该通孔中。
当杯子里的水或饮料太烫或者太凉时，在杯架的夹层结构中装上热的或者凉的介质，可以将水或饮料变温，且无需用电，没有污染，成本低廉。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型是一种饮料变温杯，包括杯体1和杯盖5，杯体1套装在杯架2中，所述杯架2为夹层结构，圆柱或者圆锥的管装结构，杯架2的上端设置有上盖4，杯架2的下端带有底托，所述上盖4的中心设置有通孔，杯体1安装在该通孔中。杯架2的侧壁和底托为夹层结构，当然，也可以仅将杯架2的侧壁设计为夹层结构。杯架2的内表面采用导热材料3制成，杯架2的外表面采用隔热材料6制成。当杯子里的水或饮料太烫时，将杯体1放置在杯架2上，打开上盖4，然后往杯架中注入凉水，使杯子内水或饮料的温度降低。当杯子里的水或饮料太凉时，将杯体放置在杯架上，然后往杯架中注入热水，使杯子内水或饮料的温度升高。

1.一种饮料变温杯，包括杯体（1）和杯盖（5），其特征是：杯体（1）套装在杯架（2）中，所述杯架（2）为夹层结构，杯架（2）的上端设置有上盖（4），杯架（2）的下端带有底托，所述上盖（4）的中心设置有通孔，杯体（1）安装在该通孔中。
