Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种复合式一次性手套，属于防护用品领域，其包括PVC的手套本体，特征在于：手套本体的外表面敷设丁腈层。此种复合式一次性手套将丁腈敷设于PVC手套本体的表面，由于丁腈具有的优异的耐热、耐油、耐各种化学品腐蚀性能，并且耐水、气密、粘结性能优良，可增加一次性PVC手套的耐酸碱性，提高其使用性能，同时控制了一次性手套的材料成本。

本实用新型属于防护用品领域，具体涉及一种复合式一次性手套。
背景技术
随着人们防护意识的增强，许多行业的工作人员佩戴防护手套，其中，一次性手套具有成本低、无需清洗消毒、使用方便等优点，广泛应用于临床，无菌操作、食品处理、食品服务等行业，防护工作人员手臂的同时避免污染被加工产品。目前所用的一次性手套大多为PVC手套，但在制药业、实验室等酸性或碱性环境中，PVC手套极容易在短时间内被侵蚀而损坏，从而不能对手部皮肤很好的防护，影响PVC手套的使用性能。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合式一次性手套，能够提高其防腐性能。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：提供一种复合式一次性手套，包括手套本体，其特征在于：手套本体的外表面敷设丁腈层。
手套本体的内表面也敷设丁腈层。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、将丁腈敷设于PVC手套本体的外表面，由于丁腈具有优异的耐热、耐油、耐各种化学品腐蚀性能，并且耐水、气密、粘结性能优良，可增加一次性PVC手套的耐酸碱性，防止PVC手套被腐蚀损坏，有效的延长了一次性手套的使用寿命，提高了其使用性能，同时由于手套本体的材质为PVC，控制了一次性手套的材料成本。
2、由于在手套的内表面上也敷设了丁腈层，因而当手套外表面由于各种原因不能使用时，可将手套翻过来使其内表面变成外表面，增加一次使用机会。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1、2所示，一次性手套本体1的外表面敷设丁腈层2，手套本体1的材质为PVC，保证了一次性手套的经济性，外表面敷设的丁腈层2能够使PVC的手套本体1具有耐酸碱性，从而能够很好的应用于制药业、实验室等酸性或碱性环境中，提高了一次性手套的使用性能。手套本体1的内表面也可敷设丁腈层2，以增加手套的使用机会。
复合式一次性手套的生产工艺为：
1、手模浸渍有机硅油类脱模剂，防止丁腈层和手模的粘连；
2、浸渍油性、交联的丁腈稀释液，将液体丁腈：酯类溶剂：硫磺：氧化锌按质量份比为100：100：2：0.5混合，制取丁腈稀释液；
3、烘烤，将手模放入热油管式封闭烤箱中进行链式循环烘烤，烘烤温度为130℃，烘烤10--15分钟进行硫化定型；
4、手模浸渍PVC浆料，将糊树脂：DINP：降粘剂：安定剂按质量份比为100：80：20：2放于容器中，经高速搅拌形成均匀稳定的液体浆料，手模浸渍，浆料附着在手模上；
5、烘烤，将手模放入热油管式封闭烤箱中进行链式循环烘烤，烘烤温度为200℃，烘烤6--8分钟定型；
6、浸渍爽滑剂，爽滑剂是水性聚氨酯溶液，含有大量有机硅爽滑剂，其添加量为2%；
7、卷边脱模，用橡胶辊在120℃的条件下摩擦卷边，以便于脱模和穿戴，同时将手套的丁腈层2翻至外表面；
8、包装。
需要指出的是，上述实施方式仅是本实用新型优选的实施例，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在符合本实用新型工作原理的前提下，任何等同或相似的替换均落入本实用新型的保护范围内。

1.一种复合式一次性手套，包括手套本体，其特征在于：所述手套本体的外表面敷设丁腈层。
2.按照权利要求1所述的复合式一次性手套，其特征在于：所述手套本体的内表面也敷设丁腈层。
