Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种输电线路作业走瓶器,它解决了带电作业人员脚踩耐张绝缘子进入强电场时存在的不安全问题。其结构是:在马镫形的脚踏架上安装立板,在立板的侧面安装固定管,固定管内安装其一端为直的、另一端为弧形的挂钩,在脚踏架和立板上设有系扎皮带的环。作业时,作业人员一只脚安装一个走瓶器。首先将脚伸入马镫形的脚踏架内,然后用皮带把鞋和脚踏架系扎、另用皮带把小腿和立板系扎。然后作业人员将走瓶器的挂钩挂在单片绝缘子两个瓷裙中间,配合长短腰绳短三进二前行,进入强电场。使用该走瓶器能确保带电作业人员的安全。

技术领域
本实用新型属于输电技术领域,特别涉及安装、维护、修理或拆卸电缆时用的器具。
背景技术
过去作业人员维护、修理或拆卸电缆时,脚踩在绝缘子(俗称瓷瓶)表面、沿耐张绝缘子进入强电场,。由于绝缘子表面非常光滑,人体容易摆动,满足不了空气间隙,保证不了人身安全。
发明内容
为了解决带电作业人员脚踩耐张绝缘子进入强电场时存在的不安全问题,提出如下技术方案。
一种输电线路作业走瓶器,其特殊之处是在马镫形的脚踏架上安装立板,在立板的侧面安装固定管,固定管内安装其一端为直的、另一端为弧形的挂钩,在脚踏架和立板上设有系扎皮带的环。
挂钩与固定管的安装方式有两种:一种是挂钩的直线端加工有螺纹,并将该直线段插入固定管内,用螺母拧在从固定管下面伸出的挂钩螺纹上。另一种是在挂钩的直线段和固定管上加工有对应的安装孔,当挂钩的直线段插入固定管后,用螺栓插入安装孔固定。
作业时,作业人员一只脚安装一个走瓶器。首先将脚伸入马镫形的脚踏架内,然后用皮带把鞋和脚踏架系扎、另用皮带把小腿和立板系扎,使该走瓶器可靠地安装在脚上。然后作业人员将走瓶器的挂钩(弧形部份)挂在单片绝缘子两个瓷裙中间,配合长短腰绳短三进二前行,进入强电场后可以拆下走瓶器进行作业。
本实用新型具有如下优点:
使用该输电线路作业走瓶器能使作业人员顺利进入强电场,进行更换零值绝缘子及劣化绝缘子等操作,确保带电作业人员的安全,保证了输电线路安全运行。

实施例
一种输电线路作业走瓶器,在马镫形的脚踏架2上安装立板3,在立板3的侧面安装固定管6,固定管6内安装其一端为直的、另一端为弧形的挂钩5,挂钩5呈直线的一端加工有螺纹,并将该直线段插入固定管6内,用螺母7拧在从固定管6下面伸出的挂钩螺纹上。在脚踏架2设有系扎第一皮带9的环1,在立板3设有系扎第二皮带11的环4。
使用该输电线路作业走瓶器作业时, 作业人员一只脚安装一个走瓶器。首先将脚8伸入马镫形的脚踏架2内,然后用事先固定在脚踏架2上的环1中的第一皮带9把鞋和脚8系扎、另用固定在立板3上的环4中的第二皮带11把小腿10系扎,使该走瓶器可靠地安装在脚8上。作业人员将走瓶器的挂钩5挂在单片绝缘子两个瓷裙中间,配合长短腰绳短三进二前行,进入强电场后可以拆下走瓶器进行作业。
